So I choose to do lite and easy with a meal plan of 1800 calories. But in order to lose weight don’t you need a calorie deficit, it does not account for it on there website.

Or you could maybe, finally, just follow MFP's suggestions and eat a little of everything you like within those guidelines.20

I can guarantee you that 1800 calories is a deficit for you as an adult male.6 -

If 1800 calories is less than your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure).....then you DO have a calorie deficit.

ALL weight loss plans require a deficit, that's a given.

I went their website just now, its very basic.
1) They have a 1200, 1500 & 1800 meal plan (nothing in between just these 3)
2) When you put in your age, height, current weight (it asks for how much exercise as well) it gives you one of these 3 options.
I didn't go any further, just having these 3 options doesn't sound like a very good plan to be on. I presume you could set your own calories say via MFP and order your food through them??.

According to your diary, MFP has you set to 2290/day, so 1800 is very likely a deficit for you. Considering the difficulties you've had with calorie counting over the years, I think a structured plan might be a good idea for you. Just make sure you aren't adding on a bunch of calories through adding stuff such as sauces (for example, ketchup) or regular sodas to the meals. I truly hope this helps you reach your goals. Pay attention to the foods while you are losing to see if this is something you can continue to do after you have lost the weight.9

Portions eating lite n easy is not enough for me until my next meal it’s not decent. Do I have to eat every meal because the only meal I like is dinner.1

That’s definitely a calorie deficit.
No matter the plan, losing weight is always about eating less calories than your body burns. You can have someone else figure it out, and tell you what you can, and can’t eat, or, you can do it The MFP way, and choose the foods you want to eat.2 -
I know in the past you've had a lot of difficulty understanding all of this.
If you have access to medical care, please see a doctor and ask for a dietician to plan your meals for you if you cannot figure this out.
You can eat any of those lite n easy meals or none of them, or just the dinner or you can add a dessert to hit your calories.
But if it's a meal plan, and they deliver your food, you'll have to talk to them about only sending dinner. If you're paying for 1800 calories, maybe they can structure that in mostly dinners.
Food is calories. Doesn't matter if you don't eat breakfast. Doesn't matter what food you eat.

If you're paying *them*, shouldn't they be able to answer these questions for you?10 -
Why don’t you like their breakfast and lunch?3

Honestly, if you really don't like half their food, it's probably not a good plan for you. I understand the need for structure and a plan for how to manage your calories and deficit, but you might want to research other plans to see if the food provided is more along the lines of what you like to eat. If you find that following a plan works best for you, not having structured meals except for dinner could cause problems with adherence.2 -

What do you dislike about their other meals? If there are certain food items they are including that you don't like, speak to them about other things you could get instead.
Since MFP has you at 2290 and this plan has you at 1800, you could eat a bit more, but you need to be careful about how much more. Add some lower calorie vegetables would be a great way to increase the size of your meals and maybe help you stay full longer. Maybe add one smaller sized apple per day as a mid-day snack.1 -

While there is a dinners-only option, I agree with the previous comments that if you need a structured meal plan and only dinner is structured, that could be problematic for you. Can you get a referral to a dietitian?
