getting through 1/1/24 without cheating on me or my food and exercise plan. So far so good, ate the right amount of calories and did a good long walk this morning. Year is starting out ok. Tomorrow is another day. But I can conquer tomorrow as well. Fingers crossed.

My goals for this week are logging both meals and exercise every day. Just trying to get into better habits

My short term goal is logging all food for this week and doing some type of exercise each day. If I can do that I will be one step closer to becoming the me I long to be...stay tuned :-)
