I have a goal to fit into my size 8 jeans also! I’m currently in a 12. I have a favorite outfit on a hanger and hung up on my closest door so I see what I am working towards every day. I lost 30lbs so far and got so excited when I could pull them up a few inches more over my thighs than I could when I started!10

Right now, trying to get past 10 lbs lost. Pretty close, maybe that's more of a micro goal than a mini8

My mini goal is to have a better blood test than last year's annual. Would like to see my total Cholesterol under 200 (was 239 last year) and my Non Fasting Glucose under 100 (was 101 last year) To accomplish this mini goal I have worked on having Oatmeal every morning and also avoiding many of the "treats" I usually have changing to fresh fruit or veggies or something non frozen yogurty for the past several weeks. I am still about 3 weeks away from my test so hoping that over 6 weeks will actually show some progress.9

To reach onederland. 8 pounds to go. Every time I get close, I backslide. Goal is to reach it and keep going, to leave that stat behind in the dust.

Trying to think of a good reward for this mini-goal. Maybe a facial. I have been rewarding myself along the way with mani-pedis, and new workout clothes/gear. I’m buying used clothes on eBay, don’t want to spend a lot of money for clothes that will soon be too big, YEAH!!!11 -
I started at 183 lbs on August 22 this year. I got my first goal of losing 10 lbs to take me down to 173 lbs. I’m working on my next goal is losing another 10 lbs to go down to 163 lbs. I’m now 166.6 lbs so have lost 7.2 lbs of my second target!!! Aiming to hit 20 lbs lost by the end of the month! Then will tackle the last 10 lbs for my end of year target weight!!!18
