Not straying on the weekend is my goal. That's always my undoing.7

I saw a picture of me last night when I weighed 30 lbs less. I looked considerably better. That is my goal and driving force!15

I have recently changed jobs and the stress of change has had a helping hand in me gaining about 7 pounds these last 2 months. Now I cant fit into most of the clothes that I purchased for my new job. I am regaining control of myself and motivated to lose those 7 pounds (now down to to just 5) by New Years.8

Iβm on track to be sub-200 by 2019.
So thatβs what Iβm working for! ππ6 -

Weighing less than my husband is my first goal, about 20lbs.5

My short-term goal is to be fit enough to do well at my new job (I am being transferred to a different division of my company on 22 Sep 23). My coworkers are probably going to be 10-20 years younger than me on average so I want to be able to keep up with them physically.
I have lost more than 12 lbs so far. I hope to lose another 2-3 lbs by then.5 -
Get down to 105kg, be light enough to ride my scooter again4

My mini-goals are in 5 pound increments. 210 is next - 2.5 lbs. to go. First major goal is under 200. Next is BMI under 30. Next is 186 (lowest weight after WLS 15 years ago). Then 171 (predicted post-WLS weight). Anything after that is gravy. (I started at 245.6 on 5/1/23, but was 279 in Spring 2022.)2

at times if losing fat every week(Masked often because of small losses). This is going be a slow -5.1lbs. I'll make it there eventually : ).2 -
My mini goal is to lose the next 10 lbs. Iβve already lost my first 10 lbs. Iβve now lost 1.6 lbs of the next target 10 lb. Slow and steady at 1 lb a week. Just need to survive this next week when Iβm due my period and my hunger usually goes through the roof π¬π¬π¬4

Mine was to to lose another 5 pounds (getting to 170) before going on vacation - but thatβs in less than two weeks so unlikely. So now, my mini goals are to dip below 175 and not gain while Iβm out of town.2

I purposely bought a pair of jeans that are super cute but a bit too small. They are my mini-goal jeans. Eventually, they will be too big, lol.4

3.2 lbs lost of my second 10 lb target! Hope to lose the remaining 7 lbs by end of October. Amazing to think I will have lost 20 lbs by then and be only 10 lbs away from my year end target weight π€π€π€3 -
I have several mini goals, one I started this journey between Christmas and New Years 2022/2023 and while I've had mini goals I've almost reached my half way point, which is huge for me. My mini goal right now is to fit into a black dress I want to wear to a party in November, I actually fit in it and can do it up easily enough, I can move easily enough and its not skin tight, its just a feeling, I just want it to look and feel more comfortable if that makes any sense.8

My short term goal is logging all food for this week and doing some type of exercise each day. If I can do that I will be one step closer to becoming the me I long to be...stay tuned :-)5

I haven't been able to wear my original wedding ring in years because I have fat fingers. My goal is to get my ring back on.7

After a disappointing test 8/25, I decided to change my eating to extremely low wheat, cut caffeine by 50%, no red meat, mainly diet of fruits and vegetables, lower sodium, the only grains being those in high fiber cereals (some of which are no wheat). And do more walking. I've been writing down everything in the app. Have lost 15 pounds as of today. My goal is 20 pounds by October 20. I may make it. Then lose a few more and THIS TIME keep it off.6

My mini goal is drinking more water and avoiding diet sodas.4
-
My mini goal is to have more energy. I'm tired of being tired all the time.4
-
My current mini-goals are to cut out all soda, lose the last .2 lbs to get below 300 (which was my first big goal when I started in May), and to get at least 20 minutes of some sort of exercise in every day this week.5
