Scale hasn’t changed in a year, but i put up 215 X 1 for the first time in 25 years. Strength can’t be measured on a scale!

Lots of good advice here. I can tell you no matter the diet, nutrition plan and/or goals, there should always, and I mean always be room for a piece of cake or a cookie (my vice)...here and there. Save it for special occasions, make it part of your refeed program, fit in in however you must, but know that it won’t end your…

Update photo and very important. I’ve been in maintenance for about a year now. It’s been a pretty successful year as i am a couple of pounds under my goal weight I reached last January. What’s important is that the scale will never tell you the full story relative to your progress and/or health. If I only measured…

What are your macros you are targeting and what’s your BF%? I stopped targeting a weight about 6 months ago. Now I target BF%. If you want to get shred, the BF is what’s hiding it. I think 13% BF and progressive lifting combined will get you that shred look.

You are amazing! And you look fabulous!

As you know, I think your success in fitness and taking back your health is friggin awesome. Glad to be part of your journey now. Keep on keeping on...Mrs Barefoot Beast!

Yes it can. There’s a chance you may have some lose skin, but the fat can go away. Unfortunately science tells us stomach fat can be the last day to go away when on a deficit and losing weight. There’s no real way to just target that area. If you are on a caloric deficit, it will shrink in some level of proportion to all…

Is doesn’t take a fit body to love yourself. Don’t forget that. Beauty is on the inside, first! Congrats on the physical transformation. It is amazing. All I’m saying is you were probably an amazing person at +60lbs as well. Now let me go push some iron around 😀✌️

Thanks. And best of luck to you in your journey to a healthier life.
