Posting here because I am not currently reading anything but would love some suggestions. So if you see this and care to reply please do :) I prefer thrillers/suspense, interesting historical, and fantasy. but I also have a weakness for self help books and romance!

few reasons 1. I have a home, food, and family 2. I have a supportive and loving partner that makes me feel safe and happy 3. I have a job. I love this thread because some days I need to remind myself even the small things we get so comfortable with having we often forget the importance of.

waking up with a cup of joe and trying to figure out if its realistic to lose 30 pounds in 3 months...I never put time restraints on myself but I have a huge physical event (my first 5k) coming up and wonder if its just time to push a bit harder is all.

The new Goddess Wrap from Dunkin and a plain coffee, didn't properly plan this morning, however it is not too bad nutritionally just higher in sodium than id like overall very tasty though! stuffed with egg whites, feta, chicken, roasted tomatoes, and herbs.
