I meal prepped last night for the week! I made a turkey/veggie loaded chili in hopes to get more veggie intake/lean protein. Yay! Tall girls unite! ♥ I am 5'11/ 164lbs and currently i'm doing 1,700 calories a day to try and lose about 10lbs. I think my calories may be a bit too high though as I feel like I could probably do 1400 and be sufficient each day. My goal is to lose 1lb a week and then maintain, build strength.

I promise myself that if I'm good all week before and all week after, then on Thanksgiving anything and everything is fair game! I think vacations and holidays should be spent enjoying good food. Everything in moderation and one day on occasion is good for the soul! ;)

A food scale has been a LIFE SAVER for me! Can't live without it. If I don't use a food scale my "one serving" of mayo on my sandwich suddenly goes to 5. LOL! ♥
