    As if today I've lost one automobile tire! Only 1 more to go! Going out for a run in a bit. Glad I dont have to carry that tire with me.

    A 5000 BTU air conditioner!!! Well, not sorry to be shot of that lump weight - after all, at 3 deg C this afternoon an airconditioner is the last thing I need right now :smiley:

    I've lost an automobile tire so far since the start of my diet, but I've lost "an amount of cheese the average American eats in a year" if you instead look at how much I weight compared to my heaviest weight.

    I've lost 10 dozen of large eggs since the beginning of September. Trying to maintain losing around 1- 2 lbs a week. 😊
