    I've lost an automobile tire so far since the start of my diet, but I've lost "an amount of cheese the average American eats in a year" if you instead look at how much I weight compared to my heaviest weight.

    I've lost 10 dozen of large eggs since the beginning of September. Trying to maintain losing around 1- 2 lbs a week. 😊

    I'm currently a walking Oxford English Dictionary, and in a cycle of slowly gaining and losing about a human brain.
