  • I am also doing Keto.It seems easy but I need to log the Carbs bc they do get away & add up quickly.(Ex,anything breaded also,look for hidden sugar). Weight is dropping as I also continue with getting more than 10000 steps/day.Today is day32.Good luck with Keto I will,like to hear about your progress.
