    Daily post 24 Jan - was sorely tempted to skip this, since I am going to my parents' place today (Friday) and will most likely not be able to keep track for a while. Also because I had a pretty bad health day as you see below:

    Exercise - nope, was too cold to walk (still did about 1.5 km over the day outdoors)
    Calories - 450 over, because I decided to finish whatever I could in the fridge before I leave. Still had to throw away half a litre of milk :/

    Exercise..Yes..Was heading out to the gym yesterday but it was raining so heavily and people were driving as though they were crazy so I turned around and returned home and walked on my treadmill instead. My mom always says "follow your mind."
