This week, I'm having a really hard time getting my eating habits under control. 😔2 -
Daily post 24 Jan - was sorely tempted to skip this, since I am going to my parents' place today (Friday) and will most likely not be able to keep track for a while. Also because I had a pretty bad health day as you see below:

I weigh in on Saturdays, but I will be skipping weigh-in tomorrow. I let emotions and stress get to me this week, and I just don't have anything left in me to face the scale tomorrow. I will weigh-in the following Saturday, February 2, after I get my head back on straight!
I attended the funeral of a good friend's young daughter on Monday, and it really got to me. I need to do better dealing with emotional events, but I just didn't do that this week.5 -
