@evangisimmons170,I use Trader Joe’s. ( 21 seasonings which does not contain salt) approx 1.5 oz cost $1.99
Thanks! I'll look for it today. I never realized how much sodium I was consuming until I started logging all my foods.0 -

I really like lemon pepper on many things.
Thanks @Starshine15. I wonder how lemon pepper tastes on eggs, but there's only one way to find out.0 -

I have loads of spices and herbs (without salt and artificial stuff) but if I had to choose one, it would be "pizza herbs" . Its almost like normal Italian herbs but the oregano doesn't take over too much, so you can actually eat it on eggs, most vegetables, in homemade bread (!), sauces, .. (I'm vegetarian but my partner says it's good on meat too..)0 -
Man, you guys...I've been so bad! Yesterday I was feeling good about myself and decided to stock up on some snacks for the spring semester (starts tomorrow). So...I proceeded to buy a bunch of junk food I'd been craving, like potato chips and candy. All of it stashed in my closet where I can't see it so that I don't spend my days crunching on junky food. I even got a small jar of knockoff nutella which I had been wanting. But you know what, I don't think it will hurt me to have a small spoon of Nutella sometimes or eat a bowl of chips as long as I eat well the rest of the day and make sure I get in some exercise.
But I feel bad about buyin all of that stuff I didn't need...4 -

@dheliason It's better than bad, it's good!
@evangsimmons170 Way to stomp it down!!
@lar25473 Whenever I buy a lot of junk food, I hide it in the tippy top cabinet or bury it in the back of the fridge. It makes me think twice and I have to REALLY want it to get it down with my 5'3" self.
@gatorbob353 At least you know where you went wrong and can get back on track this week.
@shanteel612 rut roh. Tomorrow is a bright shiny new day!
@rekvar12 Got in a nice walk though!
@suezq72760 I think it might be these extreme weather changes. I get like that too when it goes from 70 degrees to 20 in a day. I just want to bury myself in my bed and watch Netflix.0 -

Yeah, you can if you want or you can keep today's. It is up to you. Sorry, I've been working a lot and then this week threw me completely into left field.

Anyone else have members of their household who are also logging their food intake?
My husband decided to join MFP 10 days ago so there's literally no junk food in the house to be tempted by now.
On the downside he's a man-child when it comes to learning new things so needs lots of help while he works it all out.2 -

Exercise-no intentional exercise, but work was very hard physically today. I hit 10,000 steps before lunch. 16000 for the day, along with all lot of upper body hard work. I let myself sit on the recliner for the evening and do some handwork.1 -

Not household exactly, but my fiancé who lives in another city uses it sometimes. So we do much healthier stuff when we meet up now. Also his workout updates motivated me a bit (I didn't want him to look too good next to me ).2 -
Hey, Captain @mram3582 ...how about a question of the week? I tried to think of one, but yours are so much better!1

@empire5, yes, my daughter and I joined mfp a little over 6 years now. 2 years ago I lost approx 50 lbs. We both eat the same foods that are prepared at home but she eats more junk than I. She has been losing the same few lbs over and over ever since. I have been logging every day, and she does hers whenever she feels like doing. This goes to show that every one is different.

Jan. week 4
PW:217.2
CW:219.8
This has been the worst month for me so far. Too many things piled up at once and I made horribly poor choices. I promise that next month I will do far better. I am a little surprised that I didn't gain weight for the month, but my -0.2lbs loss for the month is pathetically measly.5
