Sorry, I am quiet again tonight. It is gaming night here and we are in the middle of a 5+hr. long game of castle ravenloft...a game that I have had 10+yrs., we play 4-5 times a year....and we still have YET to beat it even blatantly cheating. I rewrote some of the rule and gave us a way to level up and pulled out the cards that kill us for no reason, so MAYBE tonight will be the night.

This week, I'm having a really hard time getting my eating habits under control. 😔2 -
Daily post 24 Jan - was sorely tempted to skip this, since I am going to my parents' place today (Friday) and will most likely not be able to keep track for a while. Also because I had a pretty bad health day as you see below:

Exercise - nope, was too cold to walk (still did about 1.5 km over the day outdoors)
Calories - 450 over, because I decided to finish whatever I could in the fridge before I leave. Still had to throw away half a litre of milk1
