I weigh in on Saturdays, but I will be skipping weigh-in tomorrow. I let emotions and stress get to me this week, and I just don't have anything left in me to face the scale tomorrow. I will weigh-in the following Saturday, February 2, after I get my head back on straight!
I attended the funeral of a good friend's young daughter on Monday, and it really got to me. I need to do better dealing with emotional events, but I just didn't do that this week.5 -

I completely understand that feeling and letting it get to you. I had the same feeling last week. I wasn't expecting David's death to affect me like it did since he was more of my brother's friend than mine. I guess seeing my brother as a wreck really got to me. Too many young people are dying lately. Praying for you and your friend.0 -

Yesterday was day one of three days of “manning” a booth at a home expo.
Cocktail party afterwards , my supper consisted of cheese and crackers and meatballs. And wine.
I enjoyed, but didn’t overindulge.
Today I have to be there 9-6.

I understand this! Most of my travel is to trade shows. It is eating what you can when you get the chance during the day. Then long dinners and drinks at night. Every night... I have 2 coming up. 😦0 -

I did great until I had to drive white knuckle home while the next blizzard has begun. I saw 8 cars in the ditch.
Got close to home-stopped at tap house - burger, frys and 3 beers. Yummy comfort food-then chocolate chips before my shoulders quit hunching.
