The reality is, your body is going to change. Heck, you are making a human!! Trust the process on this. I do CrossFit and I have scaled it back since becoming pregnant. I also can't do a lot of the moves that are common to crossfit (burpees, 100 pound squats). Be kind to yourself and listen to your doctors and your body.

Hi! I do CrossFit and am currently 18.5 weeks pregnant. All of my doctors let me continue and encourage me to do so. I scale it back and don't go as hard as I used to, especially when it comes to weights over my head. I also listen to my body and do what I am comfortable with.

Before you head home, write down your goals. Remind yourself why you are doing this and that will be in the back of your mind

Hi! I struggle with this so much!!!! What works for me is a rice thin with peanut butter and a couple chocolate chips on it. I also keep trident layers gum at hand at all times. I also like Tampico popsicles, they’re super low in calories and sugar.

Depends on what you are looking for - more specifically when you mention sugar. Some of those bars can be PACKED with lots of sugar. I try to stay away from sugar and carbs, so I’ve had better lunch in the health food aisle and NOT in the breakfast aisle. I love quest bars, they fill me up. I also like Rx bars!!

I’ve been working really hard on getting my mind off of eating when I’m bored!! So I try to stay busy. I’ll take my dog for a walk, text a friend, journal, clean something, go through my clothes to see if I can donate anything, paint my nails (can’t eat when they are wet haha), drink some water, etc. Pinterest can also be…

I’m also looking for extra motivation!

I just read a great post about this, tried myself and it works! I downloaded the app called Pacer, which you can link to your Apple Watch and MFP. It all synced together when I pulled up MFP! Hope it works for you too!
