iPhone steps or gym exercise manually not working on MFP

I can’t get any exercise to register on my fitness pal. Whether it’s iPhone steps or exercise I’ve done at gym. This has been happening for a few days now it’s really disheartening. Please can you help me?

    I just read a great post about this, tried myself and it works! I downloaded the app called Pacer, which you can link to your Apple Watch and MFP. It all synced together when I pulled up MFP! Hope it works for you too!
