How about all of the above!? Ugh!!
-
I'm looking for friends who are active on here for motivation! Feel free to add me ☺️
-
Hey! I need accountability as well. Nice to meet you!
-
Same here! I've been back at calorie counting for a week now and I've already lost some weight. I'll add you :)
-
Good luck! I'm in the same boat.
-
You're already a motivation! I need support too, I've been off the wagon for too long.
-
Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 Add me if you want to!
-
Hey Eliza! I'm in the same boat. Let's motivate each other!
-
I'm a girl but I'd love to chat with you! I'm running my first 10k in less than a week :#
-
You should try cauliflower rice

Using the barcode scanner is a life saver, makes logging so much easier. Saving meals that I eat often helps too. Lastly, logging as soon as I eat, and everything I eat. Even when it's unhealthy food or I go way over.
-
Hey I just added you. My story is very similar to yours! I'm 5'3 and 145 pounds and my goal weight is the same. I used to want to be tiny with a thigh gap but now I just want to be healthy and look fit. Hopefully we can help motivate each other 🙂
-
Hey! I'm 24 and 5'3 so I probably eat a lot less than you but im trying to log every day and my diary is open. 🙂
-
My diary is open and I'm trying to stay on track with logging. We can help each other 🙂
-
Anyone can add me. I'm not perfect but I'm trying my best. Down 5 pounds since downloading MFP
-
I try for 1200 but lately I've been overeating and not logging. And also not losing, not surprisingly. Add me so we can all motivate each other to be better!

Looking hot on New Years Eve. :#

Wow hazel that’s awesome!

If I could eat like you and lose weight I would. That’s why I’m eating a low calorie diet.
-
Of course it’s possible I’m counting my calories wrong, but maybe you count yours wrong. Why is it so hard for you to believe that my body works differently than yours?
-
I use a scale, measuring cups, and measuring spoons. And I’m 5’3
-
That’s great precious gems! I’m really happy to hear about all your success, i gain weight at 1500 calories, if I eat 1300 I maintain my weight. Also, i feel miserable no matter how much I eat haha. When I was at a healthy weight I felt amazing, but since gaining weight I feel like a bag of bricks. Hoping this new weight…
-
I know all that, and that’s why I’m not starving myself.
-
If it helps me lose weight then sure. I would love to eat big meals and eat when I’m not hungry but doing that has brought me here in the first place. I’m not an idiot, and I don’t have an eating disorder. I’d like to get to a healthy weight and I know what works for me and what doesn’t.
-
I gained 30 pounds eating much less than 1800 a day. Must be nice.
-
I’m not eating at a huge deficit the other days, that’s the lowest I want to eat. But it’s great that mfp has so many nutritionists. I would most likely drop dead without you guys.
-
I appreciate the concern but I’m trying to lose weight, and 700 calories a couple times a week won’t hurt me at all. I’m petite, not very active and usually eat much higher than that.
