This is a really selfish and dumb decision that is proving that the mods/admin/owners don't care about their users in the slightest.

Thank you, this makes it less scary.

I did this but they said my feet were too messed up for them to help me

I use Merrill walking shoes otherwise my feet hurt

When I was about 30 lb down I saw pictures of me at that weight and was shocked at how fat I was and it turns out that when I was heavier I had body dysmorphia so I didn't realize what I really looked like so then when I got smaller I didn't see any changes or thought I gained weight because of that early body dysmorphia.

My doctor told me to get at least 60 g of protein a day other than that I don't really pay attention to the macros.

I had a friend who lost a hundred pounds on weight watchers and she said whenever she ate out she would get the takeout box at the beginning of the meal and put away half her food before she even started eating.

When I sat on the floor I couldn't get up by myself.

I agree with lgfrie. I did it at the beginning of summer this year and most of the meals were boarderline at best. There were definitely meals that I threw away and went hungry rather than eat them. And they were always out of the few things that were really good. Or they would say they had it and than substitute it with…

Not eating anything from pre-made packages or overly processed. No fast food, making all my meals from as raw of a product as I can get. I wish I could go non-gmo and etc but I live in a small town where that stuff is only available for a very high price.

I've had the same problem. The new thing I'm trying, and I don't know if it's working yet, is that I don't starve myself. Often, when I'm depressed and don't want to eat my 'diet food', I starve myself instead, thinking that that's better. But the next day I'm so hungry that I eat everything in sight and fall off of my…

I cant meal prep. It makes the whole process so much harder. I found premade things that I like and fit in my diet so that things are easier, not harder. I also like to eat something I'm craving for dinner... if I meal prep than I never get what I'm craving, and than I cheat and binge.

fig newtons.... one has 100 calories... I could easily put away 12 in about 5 minutes. I always thought they were healthier than cookies/crackers/other snacks, but they're not.

That's a good suggestion if I could afford it. Too bad I can't.

There are certain foods like doughnuts and french bread that I have to cut completely from my diet. I just can't control myself. But there are other things like chips that I can leave in the kitchen so when I get up I have one. I never bring them into the living room or I eat the whole bag. So it just depends on what it is.

I don't eat any of them back. I gain weight if I try.

I have Sunday supper at my brother's house. It's always something amazing and I'm too embarrassed to measure my portions there so I overeat. I consider that my cheat meal.

I try to keep my protein high because I'm anemic and it helps alleviate my symptoms. I also try to eliminate pure sugar foods like candy. And there are curtain things that I know I don't have the will power to eat in moderation like doughnuts and french bread.

I love zucchini noodles. Have you tried using cauliflower to make pizza? I didn't know it crisps until you mentioned it. I really want to find someone who has tried it.

I do really well if I stick to the levels that this website recommends for me. So I don't go no carb, but for me it's pretty low carb. Same with sugar.

Meat and bean burrito. Seems weird, but having meat first thing in the morning helps with my anemia, and I hate breakfast meats.

Try to listen to your body as much as possible. I try to surpass mine because I'm anemic and extra protein is a natural remedy to anemia. But honestly, it's really hard to meet because I love pasta, so it tends to take up a lot of my calories.
-
This Also I only measure it the first time to get an estimate.

I love my little veggie noodle maker. I love it so much that I bought my mom one for Christmas. She is so excited to get zucchini out of her garden now. She's a homesteader(which I strive to be) so she doesn't buy food from stores.

I don't now. But I did have a period when I did. I was getting headaches and stuff and when I lowered my intake than I felt better. You can drowned yourself so be careful.

Play VR while standing on a balance board. Because I can't just be normal.

Doing exercise helped me see changes in my body quicker. I'm actually loosing pounds a bit slower, but I see the results so I keep doing it.

I keep a couple of things in the freezer for times like that. That way I'm not cooking a delicious meal while feeling like not caring about my weight. I just have the freezer meals without thinking, knowing exactly how much I can have and stay in my calories so I don't have to think. For the last week I can practically…

The thing I'm doing different this time that seems to help is that I weigh everyday but only log once a week. I weigh every day to keep me on track. If I overeat than I know that I will weigh more the next morning, so I'm less likely to overeat. I only log once a week so that if I do fluctuate a little, through no fault of…
