This week/ month was ok for me. I started on 12/11 ages I'm down 18lbs. I need to start exercising, but injuries and arthritis limit me to about 15 minutes before the pain kicks in. Hopefully, once I lose more weight, my knees won't scream at me and I can go longer. Looking forward to February being a good month!

I like your goal setting idea. I can't do more than 15 minutes before my knee starts to hurt. I'll try to see if just doing a minute a week (not day) will help get me over the 30 minutes hump.

Reine2019 Weigh in Day- Sunday January week #3 Previous weight: 240.6 Current weight: 238.6 My NSV: I was halfway to my car before I realized I'd buttoned my winter coat with ease and the buttons weren't straining to stay put. It finally fits again without the obvious bulges and gaps around the buttons. :)
