Active multiple times a day with an open dairy. I'm not sure if public can see. I know friends can for sure. Happy to keep in contact with fellow Aussies.

Stewed apple with oats and a myriad of spices to taste. Some nuts and berries on top as an option. It's basically apple crumble reformatted.

A good margin of my recipes are created due to the "milk aspect" I do keep in mind that a certain portion is water content however I keep a rough tally of the caffine intake so I can make sure I'm not dehydrating myself. It's beneficial to to a quick daily water update as you go along so you know that you're probably…

Do you know much about stress and inflammation? I find if I've eaten something that's inflammatory to my body such as dairy or something else has stressed me out on top of everything else my body goes into a fatigue like state that disrupts everything else in an overly excessive amount. So even if I've exercised and eaten…

In regards to protein powder. There is a pea protein powder called RAW, from the arazona brand. It's not bad at all however due to being a pea protein powder (yes vegan friendly) it is lacking the amino acid leucine. So you'll need to factor in something like having oats to make your shake a complete essential amino acid…

Fetta, avocado, certain nuts to name a few things. Try some cashews soaked until soft, remove most of the liquid blend up with some avocado and cocoa for a chocolate pudding or mousse. Tahini added can help get another great texture too. A little more bubbily like areo chocolate.

Perhaps if you're seeing a physical change yet no change in body weight, you could be putting on roughly enough muscle mass to accommodate for the fat loss so the scales still show a similar if not the same weight. You could always get a dexa scan preformed to track your body composition.

Wonderful to see some fellow Aussies, I wonder if there is any Aussie themed groups on here. I'm new, it's on my list to checkout. I hope you are surviving the heat thus far. I'm so thankful for the cool change that has just come through (Melbourne).

I find that for studying cut up thin carrot sticks with a little bit of peanut butter and papitas sprinkled on top was a great quick flavour combo that could keep me full and satisfied for hours. The main bulk would come from the raw crisp carrot slices and the peanut butter and papitas would add the enriching fulfillment.…
