There are more times than not that I need a snack on the go. I don't always have time to prepare then to go.
So any Ideas of prepackaged snacks at about 100 calories.

A bunch of the Fiber One products have less than 100 calories but can be high in sugar. Are you opposed to whole fruit? Bananas, apples, peaches, etc? Just asking because it is something I turn to quickly but I know not everyone enjoys those or has them around. The other quick go to for me is cheese sticks or 100 calorie pack of almonds. I have to hide them though because my kids will eat 3 packs of them and it defeats the purpose of having them! They don't want to take handfuls :-)12

You can buy hummus in single serve containers. Keep some pre-cut veggies in zip lock bags and containers. Also single serve cottage cheese or yogurt. A piece of fruit. Snack pak puddings. Hard boiled egg or pre-made egg muffins (eggs and veggies baked in a muffin tin). Another favorite of mine is stuffed grape leaves from the olive bar at the grocery. 3 of them are around 120 calories and they are delicious.
There are a lot of pre-packaged options out there if you are willing to pay a premium for convenience. Otherwise, a little meal prep on the weekend goes a long way.26 -
I used to have an apple as a snack but found myself hungry again very quickly. Always put some protein with your fruit to make it satisfy.21

For something sweet I eat graham crackers they are 110 calories per serving. You can break them up into bite size pieces.15

Veggie straws finally released the prepackaged individual snack packages. I think it is just there lightly salted rather than the flavored ones. Additionally I had a friend who used to slice/core an apple put it in a plastic Ziploc bag and add some cinnamon to the apples for a "baked apple pie" kind of taste. Unsure of the calories on these but believe they are under 150.12

I am a fan of pickles too - just a small container with some dill pickle pieces fills my need for salty/crunchy/moist when I'm at work. I also do bread and butter pickles, a few more calories, but still satisfying. If you want to add up to made the 100 calories, probably a couple of rosemary garlic triscuits would be a good contrast. Yes it's all salty, but that's what I crave sometimes. A pint of ice water or hot mint tea - also goes.5

Whenever you bake, you can stick some chickpeas coated w/Pam and crushed red pepper (or seasoning of your choice) in the oven for 30-40 minutes. They make a great snack!7

I find that for studying cut up thin carrot sticks with a little bit of peanut butter and papitas sprinkled on top was a great quick flavour combo that could keep me full and satisfied for hours. The main bulk would come from the raw crisp carrot slices and the peanut butter and papitas would add the enriching fulfillment. Still low calories as you don't require much at all. Very hard to binge on.
Keep it up,

I enjoy half a serving of salted roasted almonds most days. It’s 85 calories. My soda stream has also been a good investment. I drink much much more water now. I flavor it with fresh lemons, sometimes fresh lemons and blueberries or fresh grapefruit. It has cut my craving for soda.
