That is about what i want to lose as well. But i am finding it to be so much more difficult at age 62 versus when i was even 52. Pretty crazy how life changes but I am willing to keep on trying ;)

Well it is already day 4. I was able to walk a mile 3 out of the 4 days with my little dog. It feels so good especially lately with the cooler days. I love this kind of weather, much more motivated ;)
