they just arrived today and i love them so much. since i was last at the gym doing leg day (23rd of december) 10kg was a bit too difficult but not really if i pushed myself and today doing the workout it’s not as heavy as a i thought :0

yeah i will use them it’s apart of my routine it just won’t feel like the gym experience. i bought the weight level i was at before the gyms closed just as a way to maintain my strength rather than gain bc to gain i would need to progressive overload and would have to buy more weights

it’s the same scale and both in the morning but months apart like since i hit the lowest weight i ate a lot and then only now got back to that weight but my body is looking a lot better an the face fat too which i didn’t notice before i’m so confused

basically to sum up i’m at a lower weight then when i used to fit in the jeans but they don’t fit now. maybe due to lifting weights but it’s not been long enough to build muscle?? has anyone experienced this

i might just switch to sprint intervals instead of jogging as apparently that engages the glutes more but i don’t know what to do about the walking because apparently long distance cardio like that can hinder progress

about 3 miles one way so 6 miles a day 3 times a week and i’m 142lbs and i wouldn’t say u speed walk kind of casual depending if i’m in a rush but i might start walking quicker to burn more

i’ve booked a doctor appointment tomorrow for someone not related but i’ll bring up the body dysmorphia thing. would a general practice (gp) be the right place to do that?

yeah you’re right maybe i think that i don’t have an eating disorder or whatever because of my autism like it could block the thinking idk how to describe it. i think i do have body dymorphia but i think that will get better when i get thin or it might result in me wanting to get thinner and thinner

WAIT OMGGG i just remembered when i was quarantined for 2 weeks i ate takeaway food every day and was the only thing i ate bc i woe uo late and then ate it so maybe 2,000 cals a day?? maybe more and once i started eating healthier again the water retention went down and went from 145 to 143 and i struggled to get below 145…

and when it was set to lightly scrivener it was 1,400** i meant to add to the above comment i want to focus of volume eating over the next few weeks and see if that helps like eating large portions of healthy low calorie foods

i just set it to very active right now and it’s just over 2,000 cals wheres before i had it set to lightly active (i’m scared incase i over estimate it bc i know that’s a common thing) i think over the week my cals have probably evened out to a healthy amount each day
