  • @AnnPT77 I love your description 'Teris-like game'. Although I don't focus on my macros often, I get excited when I have calories left in the evening and I find it exciting to work out what I can eat in order bump my calories for the day.

  • I would love to join a team. I have a done a few challenges while using MFP and have found them really helpful. I am currently doing couch to 5k and I am hoping to be able to run 5k in about 3/4 weeks time.
  • Yesterday I was able to run continuously for 5 minutes. When I started running I struggled to run for 1 minute. I am looking forward to being able to run 5k without needed to break it up with walks.
