I would love to join a team. I have a done a few challenges while using MFP and have found them really helpful. I am currently doing couch to 5k and I am hoping to be able to run 5k in about 3/4 weeks time.

Yesterday I was able to run continuously for 5 minutes. When I started running I struggled to run for 1 minute. I am looking forward to being able to run 5k without needed to break it up with walks.
