Thoughts:
Last round I had my normal goal of a 12 pound loss which is approximately 4 lbs per month. That comes to about 90 days leaving the other 10 open for special holidays and social occasions. In theory, it’s a good plan. In practice it is a Mountain to Crawl up. However, each 100 day round I am extremely grateful for any progress I can make, no matter how big or small. I am also grateful for all the support from all of you that I get on a daily basis. Working on my health has become my #1 priority. My main goals are to maintain my remission by staying cancer free and to keep my diabetes in control. Losing weight is key to both goals.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

Day 71-06/19-186.2-(Trend weight 185.0) I went to the hairdressers yesterday to have my roots just across the top foiled a bit with some blending color. I have been in the process of seeing how I would look with some natural grays so the foils are only to blend with my bottom half and make it look a bit better in the process. My head is losing so much hair (balding even) that the salon refused to put any chemicals or dye onto it this time. From here on out, cuts only. No dye, no perms, no matter how small. My dermatologist specialist I’m being sent to can’t see me until October but it is a well-respected doctor working for University of Michigan. It will be nice to find out what is going on. I was bald once during my chemo treatments years ago. I don’t want to deal with that again. Is this weight loss induced? My cancer medication (or another medication)? Hormone related? Vitamin deficiency? Protein deficiency? Needless to say I’ve tried everything on my own. I can’t take much more loss, especially in the shower. So my 3 hour appointment was more like 20 minutes. I ended up heading out of town for some diet snacks I was running low on. I didn’t get home until 8 pm after shopping. Dinner was out (Mexican) so I’m glad I still had a small loss. Hopefully no surprises on the scale tomorrow.
Day 72-06/20-185.2-(Trend weight 185.0) A nice little one pound drop today which is likely a lot of fluid. I shed water all night so my quality of sleep suffered but my scale rewarded. I’m still really fighting the night time snack urges no matter how late I have my dinner, how heavy my dinner is and no matter what protein or fiber or healthy fat I add to my evening. It’s not hunger (most of the time), it’s boredom and/or habit. Reading is not helping. TV is not helping. I’m just keeping all healthier snacks in the house and hoping I can keep from overeating them. This is tough. Luckily I’ve been doing this long enough to have no issues with my meals 99% of the time (as long as they are at home). I’m also still struggling with exercise. When I’m hot, I’m hot and when I’m not, I’m not. Right now I’m unmotivated and lazy about it. Perhaps I’ll start slow and work my way back up to some useful and meaningful movement every day. Glad to see my weight going back down in the right direction though. However, I can't help but notice as I look back at my entries (June 15) that I gained 4.2 in two days but have only lost 1.8 in three days. But who ever promised that life would always be fair?

I received a response from someone on another challenge I participate in with regards to my hair issue. I was so very excited to hear of a possible answer when I first read it. However, after some research on HRT I saw that it is the last thing I can use (or that any of my doctors would give me) because of my breast cancer history. In fact, HRT is a hormone replacement therapy that adds estrogen to you. I specifically take a medication that is SUPRESSING my estrogen on purpose because my breast cancer is estrogen fed. In fact, it is pretty clear to me that this medication is probably what is CAUSING my severe hair issues. That would explain the male pattern baldness I am starting to experience since my female hormone has been surpressed! Below is her story about her own hair loss and HRT therapy. Sadly, it will not work for me without putting me at a greater cancer recurrence risk. Naturally I am going to talk to all my doctors (PCP, Oncologist and Dermatologist) as I see them at appointments, but my research shows that it's not an option for me.
@deepwoodslady ohmygosh, I might know why you're losing hair. So it's a bit of a long story and I'll try to keep it brief. No - I'll just tldr... Get your hormones checked, specifically a full female hormone panel (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and a full thyroid panel (TSH, free t4, free t3).
5 years ago, I literally had bald spots. Hair was coming out so much that I was wearing wigs and toppers. So embarrassing. Went to so many doctors for so many years... Finally at a hairdresser, the lady in the chair to my right overheard me talking about it with my stylist, and she suggested I see a gynecologist, because the same thing had happened to her. Yep, come to find out, my estrogen level was so low that it only measured at 15. Even at my age it should've been 50 or more! She put me on HRT and the hair came back! It's never gonna be as full as it was when I was 30, but at 59 I have beautiful full hair (which I color because I refuse to go gray, lol). I now see an online gynecologist, at Gennev, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the price. They do take major insurance, too. I get my own labs done at a Quest Lab locally and then I can check my hormone levels.1 -

Day 04-04/13—174.6 Went to get a mani/pedi today which was lovely. Made a terrific seared salmon for dinner with baked potato and am stopping eating right now! No more eating. That’s it. or drinking. Let’s see how it goes.
Day 05-04/14—174.3 Succeeded with the no more eating last night. Also succeeded at moderation at an all-you-can eat buffet today (a ton of fresh vegetables and some fruit as well). Thus far the making good decisions is going well. But I think this downward trend is going to stop soon – I’ve lost all the water weight I’m going to lose. So now the work starts for real.
Day 06-04/15—173.9 Work kicked my butt today. Thankfully Josh and I walked this morning so don’t have to try to exercise right now. Just have to try not to stress-eat the entire fridge and pantry…
Day 07-04/16—174.2 Slight uptick but still met my goal weight so there’s that. Tough migraine day – had to take part of the day off from work today for bed rest. UGH.

Day 08-04/17—175.2 another partial day at work today due to migraine, and I’m retaining water. Blergh. Between the two not feeling great. At least got out and walked, and I meditated today. That’s something.
Day 09-04/18—175.2 migraine’s eased up and have stabilized with the weight. Now hopefully start to see a downward trend? Meditated again and was very moderate with lunch and breakfast. Will try to maintain for dinner.

Day 11-04/20—174.7 I’m trying to be kind to myself with having felt so bad this week. I did have a ”woke myself up laughing” moment that I’m sure you’ll appreciate… I dreamt that I had gone into the office and was looking at a menu to pick out lunch. You know you’re counting calories IRL when your pick’s a clam chowder bread bowl with a bloomin’ onion topper!
Day 12-04/21—173.9 went to a cheeseburger party yesterday and did well with moderation (just one burger, limited sides, didn’t go bananas when in front of the potato chips although could have. Then came home and didn’t continue eating because I wasn’t hungry. Victory!

Day 15-04/24—176.1 Okay, so I blacked out and when I came to, I had eaten a full meal from Arby’s. in itself it wasn’t too bad calorie-wise, but sodium-wise it was devastating. Going out to play trivia at a local tavern and will get a moderate bowl – but still regretting last night.

Day 22-05/01—173.8 Last night went out to Texas Roadhouse and had a semi-decadent dinner (ate bread and a full-fat side Caesar salad, but had the grilled chicken as a main). Going to try to be better today.

Day 24-05/03—172.6 So doing a better job of limiting calories at the end of the night. It’s really hard but it’s working thus far. Weekend ahead will be a real test though. Snacking is a problem. A real, real problem. Let’s see… What is my work? my work is not eating when i'm not hungry. Can that be a thing? a double negative? it's really my failing - i eat because things taste good. kind of the WORST reason to eat!
Day 25-05/04—171.8 At heart I’m a glutton, which is why I’m the size I am. I’ll be sitting around, and all of a sudden, I’ll think – “You know what’d be great right now? Buttered popcorn”. Or in the grocery store, passing the deli section, thinking “I know those wings taste pretty good; maybe grab a few for the drive home.” Even though wings are definitely not on my shopping list. It’s an ongoing struggle. Trying to find healthy things that also taste good – or stopping eating at a reasonable point – is a real challenge!

Day 29-05/08—172.4 Okay, mixed success at the Mexican restaurant yesterday. Did do some grazing on chips and salsa but had a fairly responsible main (grilled chicken/chipotle sauce, black beans). It was a ton of sodium, though, which is why I think the scale did what it did.
Day 30-05/09—172.4 And hit a plateau. Got to try to get off this level but it will be hard with a couple nice meals ahead with my mom and my mother-in-law this weekend. Have to stay focused and not just go bonkers on carbs!

Day 37-05/16—171.0 yesterday had a horrible migraine. The nausea was so bad that I got super dehydrated and barely ate anything. So I think this dip is completely artificial. Still feel awful today. Bleh.

Day 40-05/19—170.7 Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I’ve been doing some work, so lots of computer time (just like during the week). While I’ve been super productive, it’s been a bit on the sedentary side. Josh and I have a vacation coming up – we’re going to Reno. We’re going to spend our days out in nature, hiking, and our nights at the casinos. I’m really looking forward to it. Is it weird to pack a scale to bring on vacation? I mean I’ll have space in my checked luggage. But maybe a few days of “DNW” won’t hurt me either. I’ll have to mull this one over. My goal is to not gain weight during the vacation. I’m under no illusions – I am not going to lose any. But not gaining would be nice, given the drinking and decadent food options there will (presumably) be.

We’re going to be getting some exercise while birding, and if we don’t get enough, we’ll continue our daily walks. Reno’s supposed to have some great parks and a nice riverfront. I’m really looking forward to the change in environment.

We’re walking earlier and earlier these days due to the heat and humidity – it’s pretty darn hot here in North Carolina – but it’s nice to get the exercise out of the way earlier. Feels like we accomplished something! My doctor says I need to incorporate heavier exercise in, and I realized how much of a weakling I was when I tried to lift my 40 pound luggage, so I’m going to try to incorporate weights into the routine. I do have a free membership at a gym and all. Just have not made it in “lately”.

My goal is to be proud of my weight loss.
Day 01 80.1 kg, I did my planned exercise but I overate a little bit (I'm tracking my intake), since I started tracking I've eaten out 4 times and I need to compensate for those times. I read "most people who lose weight will regain it within 5 years", I checked my old numbers and I'm 3.5 kg under what I weighed 5 years ago. I guess I'm in that category. I talked to my partner about my weight loss (something I'm trying to do less often).
Day 02 80.0 kg, I ate below my ideal which should help me recover from previous overeating. I did my exercise sessions.
Day 03 80.1 kg my eating is on track for the last 3 days but I need to recover from the previous 9 which averaged too high. I exercised and that's on track too. Disappointed that the scale is headed in the wrong direction but...
Day 04 79.4 kg a big loss today. I did a lot of walking, I had sugary food for the first time in 8 days. I overate. Recently there have been 6 days when I overate a lot, I had sugary food 5 times. Coincidence?

Hi. Dawn, thanks for your encouragement about traveling alone. I'm flying Kelowna to Vancouver, then to Houston and on to Austin. GF lives about 25 minutes west of Austin. Home flight is easier, Austin to Calgary to kelowna.
Found a recipe for a really filling dip or spread on crackers or I use Lite Rye Crisp .
1 can tuna
1/2 box light cream cheese
Just enough mayo to make a smooth mixture,
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
then I add a 'shot' of Worster sauce and a couple of shakes of hot sauce.
Add 2 or 3 finely diced green onions.
** I double the recipe to use all the cream cheese. Original recipe called for 1 can tuna and 1 block cream cheese but we found it too 'cheesey'. Keeps well in the frig.3 -

Expensive, but the centre of cutlture and music and food.
Your recipe looks good and very healthy.
I eat tuna with chopped up celery almost every day in between jobs. I hate fish, but I love mayonnaise.
My dip of choice is hummus. Good for fibre, filling, and when bought on sale cheap. I use water crackers, 5 = 80 calories. Lately that is what I have been having for dinner since I have been working too late to eat a full dinner. Yep, sitting watching HGTV eating "snacks".

I didn't do HRT during menopause because of the high breast cancer risk.
More nutrition inside shows up on the outside. Hair, skin, nails. Food over supplements, since our bodies recognize food much better. Just my 2 cents. We must feed our bodies what they need to work optimally at the end of the day for good health.2 -

I have to get things accomplished in the garden in the morning it seems. Technically I was scheduled until 8pm, so could have gotten a few things done before dark, but I welcomed the extra couple of hours. I had hummus and water crackers for dinner, with a few other snacks like nuts. I think that I have to learn to not have actual dinner on those late nights. I will try. I have a 4-12 shift scheduled for Saturday, I am going to take food with me for that shift so that I am not overly hungry at midnight.

Day 04-04/13—174.6 Went to get a mani/pedi today which was lovely. Made a terrific seared salmon for dinner with baked potato and am stopping eating right now! No more eating. That’s it. or drinking. Let’s see how it goes.
Day 05-04/14—174.3 Succeeded with the no more eating last night. Also succeeded at moderation at an all-you-can eat buffet today (a ton of fresh vegetables and some fruit as well). Thus far the making good decisions is going well. But I think this downward trend is going to stop soon – I’ve lost all the water weight I’m going to lose. So now the work starts for real.
Day 06-04/15—173.9 Work kicked my butt today. Thankfully Josh and I walked this morning so don’t have to try to exercise right now. Just have to try not to stress-eat the entire fridge and pantry…

You know you’re counting calories IRL when your pick’s a clam chowder bread bowl with a bloomin’ onion topper!
Day 12-04/21—173.9 went to a cheeseburger party yesterday and did well with moderation (just one burger, limited sides, didn’t go bananas when in front of the potato chips although could have. Then came home and didn’t continue eating because I wasn’t hungry. Victory!

Day 24-05/03—172.6 So doing a better job of limiting calories at the end of the night. It’s really hard but it’s working thus far. Weekend ahead will be a real test though. Snacking is a problem. A real, real problem. Let’s see… What is my work? my work is not eating when i'm not hungry. Can that be a thing? a double negative? it's really my failing - i eat because things taste good. kind of the WORST reason to eat!
Day 25-05/04—171.8 At heart I’m a glutton, which is why I’m the size I am. I’ll be sitting around, and all of a sudden, I’ll think – “You know what’d be great right now? Buttered popcorn”. Or in the grocery store, passing the deli section, thinking “I know those wings taste pretty good; maybe grab a few for the drive home.” Even though wings are definitely not on my shopping list. It’s an ongoing struggle. Trying to find healthy things that also taste good – or stopping eating at a reasonable point – is a real challenge!

Day 29-05/08—172.4 Okay, mixed success at the Mexican restaurant yesterday. Did do some grazing on chips and salsa but had a fairly responsible main (grilled chicken/chipotle sauce, black beans). It was a ton of sodium, though, which is why I think the scale did what it did.
Day 30-05/09—172.4 And hit a plateau. Got to try to get off this level but it will be hard with a couple nice meals ahead with my mom and my mother-in-law this weekend. Have to stay focused and not just go bonkers on carbs!

While I’ve been super productive, it’s been a bit on the sedentary side. Josh and I have a vacation coming up – we’re going to Reno. We’re going to spend our days out in nature, hiking, and our nights at the casinos. I’m really looking forward to it. Is it weird to pack a scale to bring on vacation? I mean I’ll have space in my checked luggage. But maybe a few days of “DNW” won’t hurt me either. I’ll have to mull this one over. My goal is to not gain weight during the vacation. I’m under no illusions – I am not going to lose any. But not gaining would be nice, given the drinking and decadent food options there will (presumably) be.

My doctor says I need to incorporate heavier exercise in, and I realized how much of a weakling I was when I tried to lift my 40 pound luggage, so I’m going to try to incorporate weights into the routine. I do have a free membership at a gym and all. Just have not made it in “lately”.

Day 01 80.1 kg, I did my planned exercise but I overate a little bit (I'm tracking my intake), since I started tracking I've eaten out 4 times and I need to compensate for those times. I read "most people who lose weight will regain it within 5 years", I checked my old numbers and I'm 3.5 kg under what I weighed 5 years ago. I guess I'm in that category. I talked to my partner about my weight loss (something I'm trying to do less often).
Day 02 80.0 kg, I ate below my ideal which should help me recover from previous overeating. I did my exercise sessions.
Day 03 80.1 kg my eating is on track for the last 3 days but I need to recover from the previous 9 which averaged too high. I exercised and that's on track too. Disappointed that the scale is headed in the wrong direction but...
Day 04 79.4 kg a big loss today. I did a lot of walking, I had sugary food for the first time in 8 days. I overate. Recently there have been 6 days when I overate a lot, I had sugary food 5 times. Coincidence?
Day 05 79.8 kg just a normal day where I am good, no overeating and exercising is as required

Day 57 77.7 kg So my recent health problem caused me to stop losing weight, I think it's time to start again. I've decided to give myself a challenge - lose 9.7 kg in 97 days. If it's working at the end maybe I'll add an extra 3 days and see if I can do 10 kg in 100 days. Unfortunately my health has not fully recovered so I may need a diagnosis. If that happens I'll stop the challenge. So starting today, I'm aiming to lose weight again. 9.7 kg in 97 days? I probably can do that.

Thoughts:
Last round I had my normal goal of a 12 pound loss which is approximately 4 lbs per month. That comes to about 90 days leaving the other 10 open for special holidays and social occasions. In theory, it’s a good plan. In practice it is a Mountain to Crawl up. However, each 100 day round I am extremely grateful for any progress I can make, no matter how big or small. I am also grateful for all the support from all of you that I get on a daily basis. Working on my health has become my #1 priority. My main goals are to maintain my remission by staying cancer free and to keep my diabetes in control. Losing weight is key to both goals.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

Day 72-06/20-185.2-(Trend weight 185.0) A nice little one pound drop today which is likely a lot of fluid. I shed water all night so my quality of sleep suffered but my scale rewarded. I’m still really fighting the night time snack urges no matter how late I have my dinner, how heavy my dinner is and no matter what protein or fiber or healthy fat I add to my evening. It’s not hunger (most of the time), it’s boredom and/or habit. Reading is not helping. TV is not helping. I’m just keeping all healthier snacks in the house and hoping I can keep from overeating them. This is tough. Luckily I’ve been doing this long enough to have no issues with my meals 99% of the time (as long as they are at home). I’m also still struggling with exercise. When I’m hot, I’m hot and when I’m not, I’m not. Right now I’m unmotivated and lazy about it. Perhaps I’ll start slow and work my way back up to some useful and meaningful movement every day. Glad to see my weight going back down in the right direction though. However, I can't help but notice as I look back at my entries (June 15) that I gained 4.2 in two days but have only lost 1.8 in three days. But who ever promised that life would always be fair?
Day 73-06/21-DNW-(Trend weight DNW) No weigh Friday. Did well yesterday allowing extra calories for my snack fest I’ve been on lately so I fell within all my limits. I’m feeling bloated though due to no TMI. I woke up a little early before the one scheduled reno worker arrived so I could do a 1 mile Leslie Sansone walk on Youtube. I feel pretty good I got back moving again. Perhaps something else tonight. We’ll see. After all, my DGS really wears me out going up & down the steep steps of my house so many times when I babysit! Cooler today. Felt good.

Had my physical Wednesday and everything was still clear and the lab work was all good. So the only real problem is my weight. AND I don't want obesity to cause any long term damage and send me over the edge. So tackling my weight is top priority before my next physical in 2025.
My goal is to do this for MOBILITY! Yep the knees need me to lose weight. The old saying 1 pound lost is 4 pounds off the knees. So here I go again. Crossing my fingers that this is the last time I make that statement ... AGAIN.

Day 72—06/20 - 147.4 - Didn't get a chance to post yesterday morning. I left at 10:30 in the morning, came home to change for my job at the bar and got home at 10:30 at night. I have to get things accomplished in the garden in the morning it seems. Technically I was scheduled until 8pm, so could have gotten a few things done before dark, but I welcomed the extra couple of hours. I had hummus and water crackers for dinner, with a few other snacks like nuts. I think that I have to learn to not have actual dinner on those late nights. I will try. I have a 4-12 shift scheduled for Saturday, I am going to take food with me for that shift so that I am not overly hungry at midnight.
Day 73—06/21 - 146.2 - Wow!! Okay! Ended up having to work until 11 instead of 8pm. Grateful for the extra hours. 2 jobs again today with a bit less sleep than usual. Huge hockey game tonight. I love working in the bar and getting paid to watch and talk about hockey : - )
Day 74—06/22 - 147.8 - 1.6 pounds gained overnight. Argh. Oh well. I don't get ready for work until 3pm, so getting out to cut the grass and stuff.

Thoughts:
Last round I had my normal goal of a 12 pound loss which is approximately 4 lbs per month. That comes to about 90 days leaving the other 10 open for special holidays and social occasions. In theory, it’s a good plan. In practice it is a Mountain to Crawl up. However, each 100 day round I am extremely grateful for any progress I can make, no matter how big or small. I am also grateful for all the support from all of you that I get on a daily basis. Working on my health has become my #1 priority. My main goals are to maintain my remission by staying cancer free and to keep my diabetes in control. Losing weight is key to both goals.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

Day 73-06/21-DNW-(Trend weight DNW) No weigh Friday. Did well yesterday allowing extra calories for my snack fest I’ve been on lately so I fell within all my limits. I’m feeling bloated though due to no TMI. I woke up a little early before the one scheduled reno worker arrived so I could do a 1 mile Leslie Sansone walk on Youtube. I feel pretty good I got back moving again. Perhaps something else tonight. We’ll see. After all, my DGS really wears me out going up & down the steep steps of my house so many times when I babysit! Cooler today. Felt good.

Day 04-04/13—174.6 Went to get a mani/pedi today which was lovely. Made a terrific seared salmon for dinner with baked potato and am stopping eating right now! No more eating. That’s it. or drinking. Let’s see how it goes.
Day 05-04/14—174.3 Succeeded with the no more eating last night. Also succeeded at moderation at an all-you-can eat buffet today (a ton of fresh vegetables and some fruit as well). Thus far the making good decisions is going well. But I think this downward trend is going to stop soon – I’ve lost all the water weight I’m going to lose. So now the work starts for real.

Day 24-05/03—172.6 So doing a better job of limiting calories at the end of the night. It’s really hard but it’s working thus far. Weekend ahead will be a real test though. Snacking is a problem. A real, real problem. Let’s see… What is my work? my work is not eating when i'm not hungry. Can that be a thing? a double negative? it's really my failing - i eat because things taste good. kind of the WORST reason to eat!
Day 25-05/04—171.8 At heart I’m a glutton, which is why I’m the size I am. I’ll be sitting around, and all of a sudden, I’ll think – “You know what’d be great right now? Buttered popcorn”. Or in the grocery store, passing the deli section, thinking “I know those wings taste pretty good; maybe grab a few for the drive home.” Even though wings are definitely not on my shopping list. It’s an ongoing struggle. Trying to find healthy things that also taste good – or stopping eating at a reasonable point – is a real challenge!

Day 29-05/08—172.4 Okay, mixed success at the Mexican restaurant yesterday. Did do some grazing on chips and salsa but had a fairly responsible main (grilled chicken/chipotle sauce, black beans). It was a ton of sodium, though, which is why I think the scale did what it did.
Day 30-05/09—172.4 And hit a plateau. Got to try to get off this level but it will be hard with a couple nice meals ahead with my mom and my mother-in-law this weekend. Have to stay focused and not just go bonkers on carbs!

While I’ve been super productive, it’s been a bit on the sedentary side. Josh and I have a vacation coming up – we’re going to Reno. We’re going to spend our days out in nature, hiking, and our nights at the casinos. I’m really looking forward to it. Is it weird to pack a scale to bring on vacation? I mean I’ll have space in my checked luggage. But maybe a few days of “DNW” won’t hurt me either. I’ll have to mull this one over. My goal is to not gain weight during the vacation. I’m under no illusions – I am not going to lose any. But not gaining would be nice, given the drinking and decadent food options there will (presumably) be.

Day 67--06/15—164.5 Happy Saturday, folks! So glad it’s the weekend for some rest and relaxation. We’re walking earlier and earlier these days due to the heat and humidity – it’s pretty darn hot here in North Carolina – but it’s nice to get the exercise out of the way earlier. Feels like we accomplished something! My doctor says I need to incorporate heavier exercise in, and I realized how much of a weakling I was when I tried to lift my 40 pound luggage, so I’m going to try to incorporate weights into the routine. I do have a free membership at a gym and all. Just have not made it in “lately”.
Day 68—06/16—163.7 Okay so it’s been an eating-based weekend. Had dinner with my parents yesterday, and going to have lunch with Josh’s parents today. I did pretty well at dinner but still ate more than I could have. Going to try to keep it under control for today…
Day 69—06/17—163.9 well, I’m glad I didn’t go up more than I did. All the food-related visits this weekend was sure to catch up to me. It’s going to be a very stressful week – I have so many important meetings for work – so I’m not looking forward to it at all.

Catching up ...
@deepwoodslady - if snacking because of boredom when the TV shows and books are not holding your attention, then maybe you can find a new hobby that requires busy hands and clean fingers. Sewing, crochet, knitting, painting, gardening/weeding, etc. I started watercolor painting as a new hobby! I'm finding it very challenging.
My trip in April was fantastic! We loved spending time with our son and his wife in France. Such beautiful country. The mustard fields were blooming! Then we went on a cruise to the Canary Islands, Morocco, Spain and France. I'll plan to go back to Spain and France but thing I've seen all that I want to see in the Canary Islands and Morocco LOL
I now have a 3rd granddaughter!!! The other are just 2 and 2.5 years old. Busy life but they are all at least 40-70 minutes away from our house so no daily duties. That is ... no excuse to not get myself as priority with exercise and eating habits.
