    Day 67-06/14-- 61.3 kg. The weight continues to drop, but I'm feeling full and satisfied when I eat = not hungry at all. I think I know now what foods to only eat on occasion, and which I can eat plenty of. I'm getting better at avoiding snacks - but still mightily tempted by sweet treats. I'm still going to keep tracking.

    Day 68-06/15-- 61.2 kg. Been trying really hard to cut out sugar - because I'm due at the dentist next month! Our society is soooo addicted to sweets, and they are everywhere!

    @dawnbgethealthy: Thanks for the kind words and encouragement! It's a constant struggle for me; I'm a "junk food junkie"! I'll add my stats to my post, but I'm 67 YO, 5'-2" and have been as high as 165 lbs. I started back here in Dec when I realized I was drifting right back up to that 150 mark.

    Yes, for certain I find that when I'm lighter my joints are not sore; also my digestion is less cranky without processed foods and sugar so I am determined to keep to the plan this time!

    I admire you too- you keep going, even with vacations and other roadblocks; I'm so happy to have found these challenges as they've made a big difference for me!

    Hi Folks! My name's Darin, and I'm a 45 year old woman from Holly Springs, North Carolina, USA. I've done a past 100 days challenge before and did really well with it (then regained the weight) so wanted to rejoin and try again.

    Day 04-04/13—174.6 Went to get a mani/pedi today which was lovely. Made a terrific seared salmon for dinner with baked potato and am stopping eating right now! No more eating. That’s it. or drinking. Let’s see how it goes.
    Day 05-04/14—174.3 Succeeded with the no more eating last night. Also succeeded at moderation at an all-you-can eat buffet today (a ton of fresh vegetables and some fruit as well). Thus far the making good decisions is going well. But I think this downward trend is going to stop soon – I’ve lost all the water weight I’m going to lose. So now the work starts for real.
    Day 06-04/15—173.9 Work kicked my butt today. Thankfully Josh and I walked this morning so don’t have to try to exercise right now. Just have to try not to stress-eat the entire fridge and pantry…
    Day 07-04/16—174.2 Slight uptick but still met my goal weight so there’s that. Tough migraine day – had to take part of the day off from work today for bed rest. UGH.

    Day 08-04/17—175.2 another partial day at work today due to migraine, and I’m retaining water. Blergh. Between the two not feeling great. At least got out and walked, and I meditated today. That’s something.
    Day 09-04/18—175.2 migraine’s eased up and have stabilized with the weight. Now hopefully start to see a downward trend? Meditated again and was very moderate with lunch and breakfast. Will try to maintain for dinner.

    Day 11-04/20—174.7 I’m trying to be kind to myself with having felt so bad this week. I did have a ”woke myself up laughing” moment that I’m sure you’ll appreciate… I dreamt that I had gone into the office and was looking at a menu to pick out lunch. You know you’re counting calories IRL when your pick’s a clam chowder bread bowl with a bloomin’ onion topper!
    Day 12-04/21—173.9 went to a cheeseburger party yesterday and did well with moderation (just one burger, limited sides, didn’t go bananas when in front of the potato chips although could have. Then came home and didn’t continue eating because I wasn’t hungry. Victory!
    Day 13-04/22—174.4 another rough migraine day today.
    Day 14-04/23—174.7 Just going to have to get myself together for next week.

    Day 15-04/24—176.1 Okay, so I blacked out and when I came to, I had eaten a full meal from Arby’s. in itself it wasn’t too bad calorie-wise, but sodium-wise it was devastating. Going out to play trivia at a local tavern and will get a moderate bowl – but still regretting last night.

    Day 22-05/01—173.8 Last night went out to Texas Roadhouse and had a semi-decadent dinner (ate bread and a full-fat side Caesar salad, but had the grilled chicken as a main). Going to try to be better today.

    Day 24-05/03—172.6 So doing a better job of limiting calories at the end of the night. It’s really hard but it’s working thus far. Weekend ahead will be a real test though. Snacking is a problem. A real, real problem. Let’s see… What is my work? my work is not eating when i'm not hungry. Can that be a thing? a double negative? it's really my failing - i eat because things taste good. kind of the WORST reason to eat!
    Day 25-05/04—171.8 At heart I’m a glutton, which is why I’m the size I am. I’ll be sitting around, and all of a sudden, I’ll think – “You know what’d be great right now? Buttered popcorn”. Or in the grocery store, passing the deli section, thinking “I know those wings taste pretty good; maybe grab a few for the drive home.” Even though wings are definitely not on my shopping list. It’s an ongoing struggle. Trying to find healthy things that also taste good – or stopping eating at a reasonable point – is a real challenge!

    Day 28-05/07—172.4 Long day today and frustrating wobbling around this weight. Hopefully next week helps see me shake it off. Have plans to go out for Mexican food for dinner so going to try to rein it in and be controlled – no chips/salsa, moderate main, no alcohol. That’s the plan, let’s see how it goes! I’ll report back in tomorrow. 😊

    Day 29-05/08—172.4 Okay, mixed success at the Mexican restaurant yesterday. Did do some grazing on chips and salsa but had a fairly responsible main (grilled chicken/chipotle sauce, black beans). It was a ton of sodium, though, which is why I think the scale did what it did.
    Day 30-05/09—172.4 And hit a plateau. Got to try to get off this level but it will be hard with a couple nice meals ahead with my mom and my mother-in-law this weekend. Have to stay focused and not just go bonkers on carbs!
    Day 31-05/10—172.7 Damnit. When I wanted to move off the plateau I didn’t mean in this direction.
    Day 32-05/11—172.5 Happy Mother’s Day! I’ll be happy if I come out of this weekend without having gained weight – with two big meals with the two families… it’s a lot of eating!

    Day 37-05/16—171.0 yesterday had a horrible migraine. The nausea was so bad that I got super dehydrated and barely ate anything. So I think this dip is completely artificial. Still feel awful today. Bleh.

    Day 40-05/19—170.7 Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I’ve been doing some work, so lots of computer time (just like during the week). While I’ve been super productive, it’s been a bit on the sedentary side. Josh and I have a vacation coming up – we’re going to Reno. We’re going to spend our days out in nature, hiking, and our nights at the casinos. I’m really looking forward to it. Is it weird to pack a scale to bring on vacation? I mean I’ll have space in my checked luggage. But maybe a few days of “DNW” won’t hurt me either. I’ll have to mull this one over. My goal is to not gain weight during the vacation. I’m under no illusions – I am not going to lose any. But not gaining would be nice, given the drinking and decadent food options there will (presumably) be.
    Day 41-05/20—170.9 okay was a tad irresponsible last night with the pizza dinner but at least kept servings reasonable. So there was that? It’s also my birthday week so there’s going to be more eating out and lots of temptation. Wish me luck! And I'm definitely going to consider taking the scale on vacation. it may help to "keep me honest". :-)

We’re going to be getting some exercise while birding, and if we don’t get enough, we’ll continue our daily walks. Reno’s supposed to have some great parks and a nice riverfront. I’m really looking forward to the change in environment.

Feels like we accomplished something! My doctor says I need to incorporate heavier exercise in, and I realized how much of a weakling I was when I tried to lift my 40 pound luggage, so I’m going to try to incorporate weights into the routine. I do have a free membership at a gym and all. Just have not made it in “lately”.

    @tinathescreamer Remember when our parents or our grandparents would have that little bowl of ice cream in the evening? There just seems to be no room in our diets for that anymore. They had a lot less processed foods that were filled with sugar and salt (to taste better and sell), so dessert was much easier to fit in. They also worked much harder without benefit of so many of the inventions we have now. That formula is less calories overall and more burn. Its smart.....it works...... but I sure do crave and miss that dish of ice cream!

    Thoughts:

    Last round I had my normal goal of a 12 pound loss which is approximately 4 lbs per month. That comes to about 90 days leaving the other 10 open for special holidays and social occasions. In theory, it’s a good plan. In practice it is a Mountain to Crawl up. However, each 100 day round I am extremely grateful for any progress I can make, no matter how big or small. I am also grateful for all the support from all of you that I get on a daily basis. Working on my health has become my #1 priority. My main goals are to maintain my remission by staying cancer free and to keep my diabetes in control. Losing weight is key to both goals.



    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

    Day 66-06/14-183.6-(Trend weight 184.6) I did very well with nice high protein approved foods. Pre-logging does make it easier. But the cravings are something that NOTHING seems to help. I snuck in an extra “unapproved” snack on top of my pre-logged snacks. That’s not how you lose weight. Honestly, I was very likely within my higher range of allowed calories anyway, but I totally blew it in the carbs department. I’m feeling a little childish today. I’ve been alive 64 years and this is all I’ve learned? This is all the control I have over myself? I weigh more now that when the round started. Disappointed, to say the least!

    Day 67-06/15-182.8-(Trend weight 184.4) While I am happy to see a drop on the scale, I’m not really sure I trust it. Meals were very good again but snacks were over the top. I’ve been eating a high protein dinner the past couple of days but its just not helping my snack time. It’s all about cravings, not hunger. Exercise was lacking again. I did get some weed pulling in but that’s about it. I did babysit the 6 year old but he’s sick and not creating much work for me. Lets just say I could have done better. Today is a food filled graduation party at a local hall. Tomorrow is a Father’s Day BBQ at my oldest daughters house. In our family, as in most, all holidays and events revolve around food. Today I imaged that a graduation celebration would be that everyone meets at a local trail for a celebration hike. No food, only water along the path. Boy, THAT would be different but I don’t see it catching on. Maybe I can take my own walk later after the dinner.

    Day 68-06/15-- 61.2 kg. Been trying really hard to cut out sugar - because I'm due at the dentist next month! Our society is soooo addicted to sweets, and they are everywhere!

    @tinathescreamer Remember when our parents or our grandparents would have that little bowl of ice cream in the evening? There just seems to be no room in our diets for that anymore. They had a lot less processed foods that were filled with sugar and salt (to taste better and sell), so dessert was much easier to fit in. They also worked much harder without benefit of so many of the inventions we have now. That formula is less calories overall and more burn. Its smart.....it works...... but I sure do crave and miss that dish of ice cream!

    Yes, they didn't have "industrial" food back in the day,
    A small dish of ice cream or a baked treat in the evening. Not an entire tub of ice cream or a 540 calorie 2 pack of twinkies.

    Day 66-06/13 - 148.8 - Big playoff hockey game tonight. I will be working at the bar after the restaurant today. I do love to get paid to watch hockey lol

    Day 67-06/14 - 147.8 - An entire pound? Yay. Perhaps my theory of the stress of working at the long term care job (and having zero days off) causing me to gain/retain pounds is correct? I will work there again if absolutely necessary (I didn't quit, just went to casual) but I hope that I won't have to. I cut back on what I consume many years ago, and my diet today is not different than it was when I was 130. Feeling very hopeful after today's weigh in.

    Day 68-06/15 - 147.2 - Wowsa. Very happy with another drop. I am going to do my darndest to never go back to working 7 days a week again. I don't start getting ready for my shift until 3pm today, so I am planning on getting out into my garden to weed a few areas. Of course my garden is way behind from being away for 2 weeks. I am completely off on Sundays and Tuesdays at this point, and feel like I will be able to slowly catch up on things. The inside of the house is always my last priority, I would much rather shovel snow or cut the grass instead of tidying my house lol. I did cut the front grass after work last night, so dinner was pretty late, but with it being lighter later and possible rain I just wanted to do it. Big festival weekend here in Cranbrook, "Spirit of the Rockies".

    My goal is to be proud of my weight loss.

    Day 01 80.1 kg, I did my planned exercise but I overate a little bit (I'm tracking my intake), since I started tracking I've eaten out 4 times and I need to compensate for those times. I read "most people who lose weight will regain it within 5 years", I checked my old numbers and I'm 3.5 kg under what I weighed 5 years ago. I guess I'm in that category. I talked to my partner about my weight loss (something I'm trying to do less often).
    Day 02 80.0 kg, I ate below my ideal which should help me recover from previous overeating. I did my exercise sessions.
    Day 03 80.1 kg my eating is on track for the last 3 days but I need to recover from the previous 9 which averaged too high. I exercised and that's on track too. Disappointed that the scale is headed in the wrong direction but...
    Day 04 79.4 kg a big loss today. I did a lot of walking, I had sugary food for the first time in 8 days. I overate. Recently there have been 6 days when I overate a lot, I had sugary food 5 times. Coincidence?
    Day 05 79.8 kg just a normal day where I am good, no overeating and exercising is as required
    Day 06 80.4 kg I started two personal challenges, I had some sugary food because I won't be having sugary food for a while, so on Tuesday I gained...
    Day 07 80.6 kg my eating and exercise went well, still need to recover from the overeating episodes, maybe in 2-3 days that will happen
    Day 08 80.4 kg I had some treats and food I don't usually have, that's a negative, on the plus side I'm still exercising as I intended
    Day 09 80.3 kg I have a cold so I only managed half my exercise today, that's fine, eating was good.
    Day 10 80.2 kg another day when I ate properly, two days in a row, plus two exercise sessions.
    Day 11 79.7 kg a good day in terms of exercise and eating
    Day 12 78.7 kg I don't see a 1 kg loss very often, anyway I overate again, although my exercise was as planned
    Day 13 79.3 kg Another good day, exercise and diet were good. I've decided to attempt to lose 10 kg in 100 days - so this will move over to the next round. Starting tomorrow.
    Day 14 79.4 kg I ran the numbers to see whether I could lose 10 kg in 100 days and it seems iffy, however I'm not particularly hungry as I lose weight, so I guess I should just eat less. I overate and did my required amount of exercise. I looked at my intake graph and since day 1 there's been 7 days when I've overeaten.
    Day 15 79.7 kg I ate a bit too much and my exercise was less than required. 10 kg in 100 days: 10.3 kg to lose in 99 days. Can I do it? Probably.
    Day 16 79.6 kg I ate too much but my exercise was alright. I've decided to delay the 10 kg in 100 days idea until my weight loss 'settles down'
    Day 17 79.5 kg ate too much and didn't exercise at my desired level
    Day 18 80.4 kg whoa how did that happen? Maybe eating too much?

If it's working at the end maybe I'll add an extra 3 days and see if I can do 10 kg in 100 days. Unfortunately my health has not fully recovered so I may need a diagnosis. If that happens I'll stop the challenge. So starting today, I'm aiming to lose weight again. 9.7 kg in 97 days? I probably can do that.

    @deepwoodslady We def ate sugar when I was growing up om a small country town in the 60s - we were allowed it on our oatmeal for breakfast (we were only allowed to choose an advertised cereal on our birthdays), we always had desert, something like a homemade apple pie with custard or bread and butter pudding. Mom mostly baked bread and a snack was a slice with peanut butter and honey/ Sometimes she'd bake fruitcake, and in the fall we'd help can fruit, which used sugar. But we had to use our own pocket money to buy candy, except at Easter and Christmas, and I only remember having ice cream when we visited grandma and she tool us to the zoo. But there was only one Chinese takeout place in town - no fast food chains. I think we were much more active too, we walked and biked most places. People weren't scared of stranger danger so we played outside much more - no Little League, we organized our own games.

    Day 67-06/14-- 61.3 kg. The weight continues to drop, but I'm feeling full and satisfied when I eat = not hungry at all. I think I know now what foods to only eat on occasion, and which I can eat plenty of. I'm getting better at avoiding snacks - but still mightily tempted by sweet treats. I'm still going to keep tracking.

    Day 68-06/15-- 61.2 kg. Been trying really hard to cut out sugar - because I'm due at the dentist next month! Our society is soooo addicted to sweets, and they are everywhere!

    Day 04-04/13—174.6 Went to get a mani/pedi today which was lovely. Made a terrific seared salmon for dinner with baked potato and am stopping eating right now! No more eating. That’s it. or drinking. Let’s see how it goes.
    Day 05-04/14—174.3 Succeeded with the no more eating last night. Also succeeded at moderation at an all-you-can eat buffet today (a ton of fresh vegetables and some fruit as well). Thus far the making good decisions is going well. But I think this downward trend is going to stop soon – I’ve lost all the water weight I’m going to lose. So now the work starts for real.
    Day 06-04/15—173.9 Work kicked my butt today. Thankfully Josh and I walked this morning so don’t have to try to exercise right now. Just have to try not to stress-eat the entire fridge and pantry…

    Day 12-04/21—173.9 went to a cheeseburger party yesterday and did well with moderation (just one burger, limited sides, didn’t go bananas when in front of the potato chips although could have. Then came home and didn’t continue eating because I wasn’t hungry. Victory!

Can that be a thing? a double negative? it's really my failing - i eat because things taste good. kind of the WORST reason to eat!
    Day 25-05/04—171.8 At heart I’m a glutton, which is why I’m the size I am. I’ll be sitting around, and all of a sudden, I’ll think – “You know what’d be great right now? Buttered popcorn”. Or in the grocery store, passing the deli section, thinking “I know those wings taste pretty good; maybe grab a few for the drive home.” Even though wings are definitely not on my shopping list. It’s an ongoing struggle. Trying to find healthy things that also taste good – or stopping eating at a reasonable point – is a real challenge!

    Day 29-05/08—172.4 Okay, mixed success at the Mexican restaurant yesterday. Did do some grazing on chips and salsa but had a fairly responsible main (grilled chicken/chipotle sauce, black beans). It was a ton of sodium, though, which is why I think the scale did what it did.
    Day 30-05/09—172.4 And hit a plateau. Got to try to get off this level but it will be hard with a couple nice meals ahead with my mom and my mother-in-law this weekend. Have to stay focused and not just go bonkers on carbs!

We’re going to spend our days out in nature, hiking, and our nights at the casinos. I’m really looking forward to it. Is it weird to pack a scale to bring on vacation? I mean I’ll have space in my checked luggage. But maybe a few days of “DNW” won’t hurt me either. I’ll have to mull this one over. My goal is to not gain weight during the vacation. I’m under no illusions – I am not going to lose any. But not gaining would be nice, given the drinking and decadent food options there will (presumably) be.

My doctor says I need to incorporate heavier exercise in, and I realized how much of a weakling I was when I tried to lift my 40 pound luggage, so I’m going to try to incorporate weights into the routine. I do have a free membership at a gym and all. Just have not made it in “lately”.

    Day 65-06/12 - 149.0 - How lovely it was to have a full day off. I had 2 appointments and some shopping, then got some stuff done in the yard. I had highlights put in my hair to hopefully disguise the grey somewhat.

    Day 66-06/13 - 148.8 - Big playoff hockey game tonight. I will be working at the bar after the restaurant today. I do love to get paid to watch hockey lol

    Day 67-06/14 - 147.8 - An entire pound? Yay. Perhaps my theory of the stress of working at the long term care job (and having zero days off) causing me to gain/retain pounds is correct? I will work there again if absolutely necessary (I didn't quit, just went to casual) but I hope that I won't have to. I cut back on what I consume many years ago, and my diet today is not different than it was when I was 130. Feeling very hopeful after today's weigh in.

    Day 68-06/15 - 147.2 - Wowsa. Very happy with another drop. I am going to do my darndest to never go back to working 7 days a week again. I don't start getting ready for my shift until 3pm today, so I am planning on getting out into my garden to weed a few areas. Of course my garden is way behind from being away for 2 weeks. I am completely off on Sundays and Tuesdays at this point, and feel like I will be able to slowly catch up on things. The inside of the house is always my last priority, I would much rather shovel snow or cut the grass instead of tidying my house lol. I did cut the front grass after work last night, so dinner was pretty late, but with it being lighter later and possible rain I just wanted to do it. Big festival weekend here in Cranbrook, "Spirit of the Rockies".

    Day 69-06/16 - 147.6 - That seems more realistic than yesterday's weight. Also, I didn't have the output that I normally do. Today I will get in some nice dancing workouts for sure. Cold, overcast, and windy here. I am going to prep myself a nice dinner to eat at a reasonable time. I have so much to do in the garden today, but I might need to bundle up for this sudden unseasonable weather. I won't be keeping up my tan if it is not warm on my days off. Speaking of which, so lovely to have a full day off today!

    Thoughts:

    Last round I had my normal goal of a 12 pound loss which is approximately 4 lbs per month. That comes to about 90 days leaving the other 10 open for special holidays and social occasions. In theory, it’s a good plan. In practice it is a Mountain to Crawl up. However, each 100 day round I am extremely grateful for any progress I can make, no matter how big or small. I am also grateful for all the support from all of you that I get on a daily basis. Working on my health has become my #1 priority. My main goals are to maintain my remission by staying cancer free and to keep my diabetes in control. Losing weight is key to both goals.



    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

    06/15-182.8-(Trend Weight 184.4)- While I am happy to see a drop on the scale, I’m not really sure I trust it. Meals were very good again but snacks were over the top. I’ve been eating a high protein dinner the past couple of days but its just not helping my snack time. It’s all about cravings, not hunger. Exercise was lacking again. Exercise was lacking again. I did get some weed pulling in but that’s about it. I did babysit the 6 year old but he’s sick and not creating much work for me. Lets just say I could have done better. Today is a food filled graduation party at a local hall. Tomorrow is a Father’s Day BBQ at my oldest daughters house. In our family, as in most, all holidays and events revolve around food. Today I imaged that a graduation celebration would be that everyone meets at a local trail for a celebration hike. No food, only water along the path. Boy, THAT would be different but I don’t see it catching on. Maybe I can take my own walk later after the dinner.

First a graduation (food-filled) open house for my best friends granddaughter (sitting, sitting, sitting), then we traveled out of town to go to the movies to see Inside out 2, Disney Pixar, {Sitting, sitting, sitting again}. I did not eat dinner out of town as I was still stuffed from the lunchtime open house. I also skipped all food and drinks (except water) at the movie theater. However, by last night I was hungry again and over did it. Too much food overall for the day, not enough water, and way too much sitting did me in for sure. Today is a family BBQ for Fathers Day so it won’t likely get any better. I may skip weighing tomorrow and give myself a day to let it realistically settle. We’ll see.

    My goal is to be proud of my weight loss.

    Day 01 80.1 kg, I did my planned exercise but I overate a little bit (I'm tracking my intake), since I started tracking I've eaten out 4 times and I need to compensate for those times. I read "most people who lose weight will regain it within 5 years", I checked my old numbers and I'm 3.5 kg under what I weighed 5 years ago. I guess I'm in that category. I talked to my partner about my weight loss (something I'm trying to do less often).
    Day 02 80.0 kg, I ate below my ideal which should help me recover from previous overeating. I did my exercise sessions.
    Day 03 80.1 kg my eating is on track for the last 3 days but I need to recover from the previous 9 which averaged too high. I exercised and that's on track too. Disappointed that the scale is headed in the wrong direction but...
    Day 04 79.4 kg a big loss today. I did a lot of walking, I had sugary food for the first time in 8 days. I overate. Recently there have been 6 days when I overate a lot, I had sugary food 5 times. Coincidence?
    Day 05 79.8 kg just a normal day where I am good, no overeating and exercising is as required
    Day 06 80.4 kg I started two personal challenges, I had some sugary food because I won't be having sugary food for a while, so on Tuesday I gained...
    Day 07 80.6 kg my eating and exercise went well, still need to recover from the overeating episodes, maybe in 2-3 days that will happen
    Day 08 80.4 kg I had some treats and food I don't usually have, that's a negative, on the plus side I'm still exercising as I intended

    Day 14 79.4 kg I ran the numbers to see whether I could lose 10 kg in 100 days and it seems iffy, however I'm not particularly hungry as I lose weight, so I guess I should just eat less. I overate and did my required amount of exercise. I looked at my intake graph and since day 1 there's been 7 days when I've overeaten.
    Day 15 79.7 kg I ate a bit too much and my exercise was less than required. 10 kg in 100 days: 10.3 kg to lose in 99 days. Can I do it? Probably.
    Day 16 79.6 kg I ate too much but my exercise was alright. I've decided to delay the 10 kg in 100 days idea until my weight loss 'settles down'

    Day 64-06/11-- 61.6 kg.

    Day 67-06/14-- 61.3 kg. The weight continues to drop, but I'm feeling full and satisfied when I eat = not hungry at all. I think I know now what foods to only eat on occasion, and which I can eat plenty of. I'm getting better at avoiding snacks - but still mightily tempted by sweet treats. I'm still going to keep tracking.

    Day 68-06/15-- 61.2 kg. Been trying really hard to cut out sugar - because I'm due at the dentist next month! Our society is soooo addicted to sweets, and they are everywhere!

    Day 64—06/12-- 173.6 Need to find the energy to actually follow a plan instead of being like an old leaf being blowen helter skelter in the wind. Ended up being a better day. Walked 25 minutes, a few S&T exercises. Worked thru “to do” list.

    Day 65—06/13—173.4 Quiet day, coffee at friends with snacks. No salads for meals ☹

    Day 66—06/14-- 175 Early morning start; working today.

    Day 67--06/15—DNW Worked so early start. Young friends arrived, wine and wiener roast.

    Day 68—06/16—175.2 A day of mishaps but we got thru it. Crockpot roast beef dinner; overcooked the Yorkshires.

    Day 69—06/17—175.6 Early start. Feeling "better", not as fatigued. Def have never been a 'morning' person, esp after working afternoon shifts for nearly 35 years, but hearing the birds' chirping the only sound interrupting the morning's silence is calling me to go out and walk! Interesting conversation about friend’s personal trainer who focuses on Women’s Fitness. Considering inquiring if she takes long distance clients.

    I used to use it. I felt like I needed to do it each day though. Definitely makes the posts shorter : - )
