Not tracked food a lot this weekend as I’m allowing myself a little treat here and there but I am doing a fair amount of exercise. Did a 5km race on Friday and just did a 5 mile off road race today amongst lovely bluebells and scenery which has made my soul feel a lot better this weekend. Going to do another on Monday.…

Morning everyone Apologies for not posting all week. Been doing some tough talking to myself to get myself back on track. Going to reassess my goals and get myself back into this. Hugs to all that are or have been struggling. And thanks for all the support. So new goals: Get back in the gym and back to my running club…

Apologies haven’t done a weigh in yet. Have no scales at home and trying to muster enough motivation to go to the gym. Turned 49 on Sunday and it started ok. Did a 5 mile race which I really enjoyed but then went down hill. Spent most of the rest of the day sitting at home alone feeling sorry for myself and comfort eating.…

People can be horrible sometimes. I call it lack of education. Keep at it guys. You’re all fab and definitely keeping me motivated especially through my comfort eating phases which happen far too much xx Plus - it’s Friday 🎉
Good luck on spin class. Tried a class once, biking is just not for me I guess. I much prefer to go running.
Love running too. But struggled with motivation since I badly broke my ankle 18 months ago. Slow process back x

I’ll give that a go thank you. 🙂 Ok. I’ve weighed in - 79.6kgs. Not good at all. But the only way is down. Thoroughly loved the spin class so will be going back for that.

Hi all. Right 1st April. Got Spin class tonight. First one in years. Gonna hurt but I need it. Will weigh myself before I do it and post tonight. I’ve had a stumble and eaten some chocolate today so I must do better tomorrow. Need to drastically increase my water consumption too. I’m dreadful at drinking it. Good luck all 🙂

Hi team ! So I’ve been struggling with motivation for some time now. I’m a very emotional eater and unfortunately reach for junk when I’m stressed, sad or downright fed up which is happening a fair bit at the moment then spend the next few hours after that beating myself up over it and so the cycle continues Really want to…

Better day today. Just been to running club for an hour and foods a little more on track. Still not perfect and water consumption still an issue but I’m getting there. Hope you’re all ok x

I think the hardest thing for me is motivating myself to get exercising again. I used to do a lot of running and also gym classes but this time of year when it’s dark going to and from work really doesn’t help. But. That said. I’ve eaten better today and I swear it’s down to being accountable via this app and community. So…
