I was thinking of making sure I have enough energy at the gym. First example, I have noticed that if I workout within an hour or so of eating, I have more energy. So, question. What will get my body fat down faster and help me look leaner and toned? More calories or less? Heavy weight training or HI?

Thanks for the info! I'll keep plugging away and see what happens. It's weird because I don't see it on the scale but can see a slight difference in definition in my arms and a slimmer belly.

Thanks for the tip. I watch what I eat now and haven't cheated......close though. My weakness is my strength overall from never really hitting the weights regularly.

Thanks for the info. I want to lift but wasn't sure where to start....I'll lool into the programs above. Hopefully they have something I can print off and take with me to the gym. I like to keep track of stuff as much as possible.
