  • I was thinking of making sure I have enough energy at the gym. First example, I have noticed that if I workout within an hour or so of eating, I have more energy. There have been a few times that I couldn't have dinner prepared in time for the gym and I would not feel well and feel like I need some food before I was ready…
  • Thanks for everyone's thoughts here. Where I think I get tripped up the most is that from my understand, lifting does not burn as many calories as cardio does. Do you think I should eat to my maintenance calories, add a little bit of cardio in order to go into a deficit of a few 100 calories and weight while doing weight…

  • No but I do make jokes at men too!😝🤘🤣🇺🇸
  • Thanks for the info! I'll keep plugging away and see what happens. It's weird because I don't see it on the scale but can see a slight difference in definition in my arms and a slimmer belly.
  • I increased my cals to 2000.
  • Thanks for the tip. I watch what I eat now and haven't cheated......close though. My weakness is my strength overall from never really hitting the weights regularly.
  • I am going to local fitness center. I find it more motivating and inspiring.
  • Thanks for the info. I want to lift but wasn't sure where to start....I'll lool into the programs above. Hopefully they have something I can print off and take with me to the gym. I like to keep track of stuff as much as possible.
