Pass day #3. Did good with calories and tracking, but had a migraine and just couldn't get any exercise in.

Yes X3. Felt icky today but still dragged my sorry butt over to the treadmill for a 30 minute walk.

Pass day #2 for me. I exercised and ate well, but then I attended a dinner party and slightly exceeded my calorie budget for the day. Not too bad considering there was lasagna and pumpkin pie!
