Its something that is just incredibly hard. I got down 74 pounds, just 15 more to go and I cannot, for the life of me cannot lose the last 15. Its been a struggle for almost a year now. The first week in June last year I hit 199, and I want to be 185. I don't know what to do, so yeah its tough.

I only drink water so no biggie for me. I'm good on that end. I will have a seltzer with dinner sometimes too.

I'm digging it a lot actually. This morning I got lazy and didn't want to make a healthy lunch so I just make a protein shake, and threw 2 protein bars in my bag. Protein load up day I guess. I'm good till I get home.

Well I am a little different as I am VERY good at suppressing that hunger. I didn't have that 75 pounds ago but have become very, very good at it. Scares me actually at my ability to knock down that hunger feeling. I guess just work at it, good luck!

Man I love doing this. I'm down again, no wild swings at all. I ate a lot yesterday, I mean I ate my normal calories so whatever this intermittent fasting does is helping with swings on the scale. My range on the scale is definitely lower. I'm impressed and I'm not having an issue with being hungry. I avoided trying this…

I am in a routine with it and LOVE it. Its interesting and not hard at all. Its much easier than I thought it would be.

Well I am really loving this. I'm finding it easier and easier to do. Today I was bogged down at work and didn't eat till 12:30. Its working out just fine so far and I like not having to make breakfast in the morning.

Thank you guys. I should have mentioned I have lost 75 pounds, just 15 more to go. I just wanted to try something new, something different to see if I can do it. I get hungry sometimes in the morning but it quickly goes away somehow. I'm gonna keep at it cause I kinda like it.

Saying someone is eating like an old lady is a bit agressive no? Either way, I get it. I just just thought it might be tough to get in all your calories if you only eat 7 or 8 hours in a day. Wondering how others handle it.

Guys I don't eat 1200 calories a day, I'm over 2,000 a day. I was just saying that if you have less time to eat you might run into that problem. Fluctuations when you weigh daily can be annoying, frustrating and exciting. I get annoyed when I see a number I don't like, I get annoyed and then get excited when I see a number I do like. I do not eat after 8 o'clock. That is a very strict rule i have. Typically I don't eat after 7:30 but 8:00 is the true cutoff. It's just something that has worked for me.

I have the same issue because I eat bananas every day. It annoys me but I ignore it. I don't give a crap much about fat either to be honest. Carbs I like to keep generally low but do NOT go crazy worrying over that either.

Never the day before but sometimes at work I'll do the lunch when I'm logging breakfast because I know what I'm having exactly for lunch because it's all pre made and set up.

3 says ago in was 204.2, then 2 date in a row of 203.2 and today somehow 201.6. I have to admit when I see a number I don't like it pisses me off and even complain on here but I shouldn't because it's just fluctuations. The body and scale are strange things. Nothing is as it seems.

Hey when I was a fatso I would fast every few minutes before starting up again eating. Its all good, thanks for all the info. I'm gonna stick with my no later than 8PM eating and not before 7AM eating.

I think that would be the point for be. Maybe cut 200-300 calories a day for a month or two.
