I came across this thread today and noticed I commented almost 2 months ago when my weight was 139lbs. Since then I’ve lost (insert sarcastic tone here) a whopping 1.4lbs. This is tough going 😴

I just couldn’t reward myself with food. For me personally, it’s a bad idea and it would probably lead to things spiralling out of control again.
