  • Ok so I didn't really track every day but I can say that at least checking in with this group occasionally has been really beneficial to my health.   • I was pretty happy with drinking only one day last week. Then I celebrated Friday and Saturday.... and of course had to have drinks yesterday given it was St. Paddy's. Friday I really over-did it... got excited I guess. My goal is Monday - Thursday this week AF. And make sure I don't drink Sunday!!! Pretty tired today...

  • Hi Everyone, I'd like to join you all in less alcohol for the rest of March. I've just re-joined MFP and my goal for what's left of this month is to cut out weekday drinking -- Sunday - Thursday.
