  • cr00000 October Week 1 PW: 177.2 CW: 177.2 Extreme maintenance haha! I noticed my weight fluctuates 1 pound every few days. So I've seen 176.9 on Wednesday then 177.6 yesterday haha. But then I looked at October 2018 and saw that I was 190 then! So I'm glad I'm where I am today!
  • My October goal is to get to 169 by Oct 31. I have a shopping trip planned Nov 8 weekend so I'd love to finally wear a size 10 comfortably. That will be 8 pounds in 4.5 weeks. October is my favorite month so looking forward to skinny PSLs (I like a short pumpkin spice latte with 1 pump of flavor and soy milk)

  • Hi I'm Charmaine. This is my second challenge. It was a rough start but I ended up losing 2.8 pounds in September. I'm looking forward to crushing that number in October!

  • @looneycatblue Your goal sounds a lot like mine. I'm 5'9 and currently in a solid 12 and my ultimate goal is 145 but my first goal is 169. Just to say I'm in the 160s would be awesome right now. I'd LOVE to fit into a 10 comfortably this fall.

  • Just want to brag about a nonscale victory. I went to Starbucks and I'm always tempted to eat the 400 calorie breads. But today after weighing in and working out this morning, I chose oatmeal!! Oatmeal has never been this exciting but it is today!

  • Eventhough Myfitnesspal tells you exercise calories and gives you more calories to eat, I'm not sure it's accurate. I followed the budgeted calories and exercised 3 times this week and did not lose. I'm wondering if I should stick to 1400 no matter what exercise I do.

  • You got this! Forget about yesterday - it's gone. Tomorrow is a new day for eating healthy and tracking your food. I am pushing myself to exercise more so I don't have to worry about a meal taking out my calorie goal. Those Max 30 videos torch 250-300 cals in 30 minutes!
