Exercise today? I did more digging and gardening today but not really a real workout. 😕

Darn , a gain. Only documented twice. Only played softball once. I did go to gym 3 times for mainly lifting. Will do better my ankle is weak but getting better.

Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow, I can't believe I'm saying that. I had a really bad bad Labor Day weekend it started Friday night and lasted until Monday night. I completely didn't care about what I ate, soft pretzels, cake, cookies, hamburgers, hot-dogs, potato salad, candy, chocolate, and chips just to mention a few. I felt like I needed a break. I felt mentally exhausted from worrying about losing weight and exhausted from always thinking about what I should and shouldn't eat. I must say that I really didn't like the way I was feeling those day. I did have issues with my stomach everyday. I guess my system likes the better food choices I was making before the weekend. It really made me hate what I ate, I didn't like feeling so sick. My scale wasn't working so I couldn't weigh in last Saturday so I haven't really seen what the damage I caused to my weight. Tuesday I decide that I would eat really clean until tomorrows weigh in. I hope I was able to remove any excess weight I might of gained. It's been a really hard 4 days. I ate nothing processed, only raw veggies and clean protein. Boy was that hard. We will see if I was able to reverse any damage that Labor Day weekend might have cause. Wish me luck!6

My husband and I are in Asheville NC waiting for our son to get here. He's coming up from Greenville SC and we'll spend the weekend exploring Asheville. I won't be able to weigh in tomorrow morning so will catch up on Monday morning. I am striving to be extra good this weekend since Labor Day was not kind to me. LOL! Like it was the holiday's fault!

Hey, did you notice the "woo" button is gone and now we have "disagree"?I think people were confused by the woo and thought it meant "Whoa, great job!" when actually MFP creators meant it to mean, well, disagree. Glad it will be clearer now.

I had a horrible day today and ate all my emotions. The damage wasnt as bad as it could have been, but I still feel so gross. I need to snap out of this funk I've been in all week.

@matthewsfive, I feel your pain. Last weekend was Labor Day and I did not eat the way I should. This weekend is a mini-vacay with our youngest son and there are too many restaurants involved! I am looking forward to Monday when I can get back on it faithfully!! I'm afraid of the scale on Monday morning!!
