I added a mini avocado to my egg white scramble this morning. Very yummy... but then I looked at the calories, yikes 160 for the mini... maybe should have just used half! Naw, I don't like to try and keep cut avocados. I will just have to make good use of the energy it is giving off!2

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes if cleaning the house for an hour counts.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No but just 135 over - I shouldn't have bought a Cheese Danish "for the kids" lol. It's going to work tomorrow to share.

I'd say, yes, cleaning the house totally counts as exercise! You go, woman!2 -

@looneycatblue, I felt the same way when I saw the calories in the Brazil nuts I logged. But, I think they're worth it for the benefits we're receiving. Nice job!!

Well, I totally stepped out of my comfort zone and joined a gym today. Did a small workout so I don't overdo it. Funny, but I headed toward the recumbent bike first thing. Did 18 minutes there (harder than the one at home) and then 10 minutes on circuits for arms. Feels so good to be back. I belonged to this gym several years ago when I was losing on WW. They have a pool and hot tub, sauna, and all that, too. They offer water aerobics too, so when my outdoor classes end I'll try those. Maybe rotate the water exercises with the machines. If anyone has some advice for me I'd appreciate the input!

I stayed away from the hash browns and for possibly the first time in my life I said no to bacon. But that waffle tho. I had to eat just veggies for dinner to stay under calories. And I have to go to bed early because I am still hungry but it was worth it. WAFFLE!

Just got that in under the wire!😅. We got home from our 10 day vacation tonight, after dropping my youngest off at college and then headed to Cape Cod for a little R&R. I’m sorry I havent kept up, and the scale reflects all the lobster, clams, quahogs and fish and chips I ate! Not to worry. Back on the horse tomorrow! I am ready for a great September!!6

This is the usual in weight loss journey for me -- lose several lbs. then hang out for a while. Really didn't do anything last week to encourage weight loss though. This week is all hurricane prep so unsure how week 2 will shake out.6 -

Uggggh I've had those days too. It usually happens during certain days of the month or general stress. And that feeling of having to start over sucks! But this is what I tell myself to get out of that anxiety cycle: You WILL succeed. Dust yourself off, that day is over and start fresh today. Promise us and yourself that you'll stay on track this week. One off day will dissapear into an awesome week. We know you're going to kill it! Let's go!3 -

Thankful to have a maintain this week, especially since I weighed 140.0 pounds yesterday.
That means I lost 1.4 pounds since yesterday.
Need to re-lose 4.4 pounds to get back to my June 5th weight from 3 months ago.
It's taking forever!4
