    Did I exercise for 20 minutes? No. I did play soccer with the kids for a while, but i wouldnt say for 20 minutes.
    Did i track everything? Yes
    Was I under goal? Yes.

    I'm not hungry at the moment so I'm wondering if I maybe missed something, but I don't know what that would be.

    I had salmon for my healthy fat today! Also some seeded crackers.

    Feeling crappy and embarrassed about yesterday. I did great with activity and then went completely off the wagon with food and drinks. Arrrgh!

    You got this! Forget about yesterday - it's gone. Tomorrow is a new day for eating healthy and tracking your food.

    I am pushing myself to exercise more so I don't have to worry about a meal taking out my calorie goal. Those Max 30 videos torch 250-300 cals in 30 minutes! Now if I could just get up from this couch....

    It was a tough week but I have a plan to eat less and exercise more😎.. I did exercise for 20 minutes today. I am committed to start tracking... I want to lose 5 Ibs this month. That’s my goal. I just have to go get it or lose it.
