    Exercise? Nope - got.home at 10pm

    Under goal? Only 33 over - happy about that!

    Also I finally figured out the calories vs exercise issue. I just needed to change my activity level to Light Active. Now it realistically counts my steps as a few calories as opposed to a huge exercise deficit. I work an office job but I still move as much as possible!

    No. I need my iron as im breastfeeding. If i get low on iron i get very sick

    Today I scheduled a home day so I can exercise. Im so excited I lost some weight this week. I have added more chicken and less red meat to our diet and one vegetarian meal per week, and I think that has made a difference. (When we have mince i bulk it out with puy lentils too). I have also added in variety to fruits and veggies as i think the whole family was getting bored on just 2 fruits and started seeking sugar; to help with this I have also bought nuts and cranberries to munch on. I have also started measuring my rice. My areas i need to work on...whenever my daughter doesnt eat i eat her food, so i need to log this too

    @12Sarah2015 - we have a common 'need work area'... I also have a bad habit of eating what my daughter doesn't even though I've already eaten. I've been doing good this week so far!!

    Starting tracking... went out to dinner only had protein and veggies. I am feeling so good!

    My 12 year old son has decided to be a pescatarian but I suspect that is because he recently discovered that he loves shrimp.

    Its was not a good week for me with a gain of 2 pounds and I know it was my bad eating habits. Too much late night snacking and eating big meals. Not this week, as I will be back to my multiple small meals and lots of water.

    I started a new routine this week. I started too late in the week to reach my goal, but I am fighting my way back down. I did exercise. I am tracking... I feel good that I am back on track. For the first time, I am counting my weight in pounds and ounces, not just pounds.
    I will be happy with .5 ounces of weight loss.
    I got this.

    I am! And have been for about 25 years (I am 40 next month.) Feel free to look at my diary! I do eat eggs and sometimes salmon (trying to eat it 1x week, zero success lol!) I did it all throughout pregnancy and nursing, too. It's never been about weight for me and there are times when I wish I did eat chicken but it's not the right choice for me. I am happy to answer any questions!

    Track everything and meet calorie budget? Not on your life!!! I not only had one Chinese buffet today, but I get home from work and he wants to go to the Chinese buffet (a different one from lunch). Half of the stuff I don't even know how to track. Tomorrow is a new day!!!!!

    @Keepingtrack1234 That is amazing. The longest I ever kept it up was just shy a year. It was about weight back then and I did get lean pretty quick. This time around it's also because my gallbladder and bloating. So far it seems to be doing the trick.

    Ahhh, gained back +1.9lb
    I'm so fed up with my " plateau". I exercise daily ,walking 12k, jogging, elliptical, but carb are still killing me.Sorry team 😔
