Some people just like it. I like to juice before working out because it's a good source of quick energy. Everyone has their own preferences, I like how the juice tastes so if I'm going to drink it, it might as well be fresh and homemade instead of store bought.

I keep it pretty simple, I use just one banana and a scoop of Intek Evolution Vanilla Whey with a splash of water and handful of ice in the blender. Tastes like liquid banana pudding. For variety, try with OJ instead of water and banana (so just OJ, ice, and whey). Orange creamsicle?
