I’ve cooked them done by weighing and have been at work all day and not had gone to log wrote t all down what I’ve had and just done it on here

I’m just going to try my best today I’ve made myself 4 meals weighed and cooked rice chicken veg mushrooms just added it all together and in total it works out 205 cals per meal need to log it but what under stir fry type meal I guess once I’ve eaten every thing and my snacks I’m going to log it then

Ok I weighed my apple before on my mums scales Hope I got this right it said 4.2 little lines then I took cord out and it went just under 4 so I put inhranny Smith 4 oz and it’s more than it was when I scanned it as then it said 41 cal now 66 ? Wow
