Hi this is my last post as I’ve given up one as I post to much and one my weight is not coming off I’ve struggled to hit 1200 cals I’d rather have it in shake form and I can’t find high cal food so I don’t have to stuff my face all day lol but girls thank you for helping with your reply’s good luck all xx

Hi I’ve posted a few things and got some good help but posting did not go down to well with some any way I’ve come to say good bye I’ve struggled with my weight loss so I thought I would not post for help but will leave and figure it out some how so the ones that did post your help was great good luck all x

Still no weight loss
Hi guys ok I’m totally at a loss 3 weeks in and I’ve lost no weight why holiday lurking just few pounds would be nice I’ve calorie counted to with in few cals either side now but same weight

How are carbs worked out
My carbs are 153 which I’ve now practically got to but I’m not over bothered if I go over 413. Cals remaining how are they worked out to what you should have Uber etc
