I’m not reaching my goal and I’ve hit my carbs even with the scanner working it out so trying to boost calls with out the carbs but don’t know what to eat or snack on

Just keep in mind that whatever you do to lose weight, you'll have to do to maintain the loss. If you're struggling now to stay within those limits, chances are you won't be able to sustain that for the long haul.

These are some low carb options:
chicken breast or pork
Eggs
Fish
Nuts
Leafy green veggies
Broccoli
Plain yogurt
Blueberries

Low carb and low protein is going to be pretty tough...people don't generally restrict two macro-nutrients...it doesn't leave you with many options.

Hi so what’s the best to stick to low carbs to lose weight but every thing I seem to eat has so many carbs I heed to lose half stone by june
