COVID quarantine hit me pretty hard when it started, especially when gyms were closed. Before quarantine, I was down to 193 lbs but ended up going up to 211 lbs. Gyms in my area started reopening last September, and currently I've gotten back down to 200 lbs.

Back when I still had the Xbox 360 hooked up and before realizing the the Kinect was a huge failure for Microsoft, I played a lot of Dance Central, Dance Central 2, and Dance Central 3. It had a couple of achievements that I was interested in unlocking, which was neat (i.e. track and burn at least 100 calories in any mode,…

5'7" and currently at about 200 lbs. I was down to 193 lbs before COVID lockdown and went up to 213 lbs during it until gyms reopened in my area last September. My short-term goal at the moment is to just get back down to my pre-lockdown weight. I think one thing I've been better at this time around is not getting…

I like the convenience and consistently of eating the same thing every day. Boring and monotonous, but I don't mind it.

Music is essential for me when I workout. I usually listen to K-Pop because I like fun, upbeat, high energy songs. Also because I'm a Koreaboo lmao

I would say that you'd definitely be justified in moving up to lightly active IMO.

Wow. I think I hate this more than those "Trainers Hate Him" memes lmao

I can only eat maybe 2 or 3 Vienna sausages until I start getting sick of them lmao

Lil' Chicken Wing or Lil' Popeyes...I'm OK with both of these names lmao

A fiber bar, some greek yogurt, and a cup of black coffee in the morning while wearing skinny or slim fit jeans is a fine recipe for a good and smooth BM for my lactose intolerant *kitten* :D

I'm a fan of doing a split routine personally because it's flexible and feels efficient. If I miss a day (e.g. sick, holiday closure, inclement weather) it's not a big deal because it's easy to adjust your schedule and stay on track for the week. I also like how I can be in and out in about 1.5 hours. I used this to help…

Currently I'm just exercising 3 days a week immediately after work on a basic Push, Pull, Legs & Core split. I appreciate the efficiency and flexibility of my current routine. Even though the pandemic has put a big hamper on socializing for me, I'd still rather not be spending all my free time at the gym or exercising…

I think that might be my issue then. That I don't really have anything to use as baseline for comparison. I can see that. If someone asked me to put a numerical estimate on "a lot of calories", I honestly wouldn't be able to give an answer.

I have a hard time believing that the estimate that MFP gives is reasonable though? I had a ~1.5 hr lifting session today at ~11,000 lbs. total volume but the ~400 cal estimate MFP is giving seems way too high. Especially when you say strength training doesn't burn a lot of calories 🤔

I'd say figure out what your weekly caloric intake looks like and if a cheat day would you put you above your target budget range. If you find that you're consistently going over on calories for the week because of it, then I'd probably cut back on the cheating. Personally I think a cheat day is fine but with the caveat…

Clothes. I like having that extra layer between my sheets and sweat lmao 😬

Just the internal frame and a few minor spots. It's probably like 90% unpainted and top coated with a clear flat spray.

I recently re-evaluated my favorite games of all time list and booted up my copy of Resident Evil 4 HD Remaster Remaster on PS4. The game first came out on GameCube in 2005, but it's still #1 on my list after 16 years.

It's not exactly a new hobby for me, but I got back into scale model building during the pandemic. Pre-pandemic I took a long hiatus from it because I got burnt out and lost motivation and was devoting time to my relationship with my now ex-girlfriend.

This is my first time actually posting here in the time I've been using MyFitnessPal. I started at about 210 lbs. and managed to get down to 193 lbs. pre-pandemic before the COVID Nation attacked and everything changed. Ended up gaining most of that weight back and going back up to 206 lbs. before gyms in New Jersey…
