  • Try to find a place that’s does body composition, they should have a machine called an InBody 570, This will show you exactly what your body is made of , muscle, water and fat👍. I use it once a month for my check ins
  • I would also try doing butterfly kicks? Maybe try them with your arm extended behind over your head “ parallel to the floor” leg raise at also a get lower ab exercise 😁
  • Hi and like said above don’t give up, keep moving forward even if you have a bad day. Also find place with a body composition machine best way to track your goals. You want to make sure your losing fat and not muscle when reaching your goal :)!
