Hi all, I wondered if anyone else is or have struggled with abdominal exercises. E.g if I do the exercise where you rotate your legs like scissor exercise ect. I feel more pain in my thighs..wondered if I'm doing this correctly..
Suppose i juat need to keep at it and I'll get stronger 😕 any advice will be greatly appreciated 😊

That is often a result of weak hip flexors. You can start with other exercises until you get stronger.

I would also try doing butterfly kicks? Maybe try them with your arm extended behind over your head “ parallel to the floor” leg raise at also a get lower ab exercise 😁
