Hang in there. Put it behind you and look forward to tomorrow-every day we get to choose! And each little bit will add up Make sure you are getting enough protein and fat through the day to help you feel satiated. Eat all your calories. It took me about three weeks yo stop craving sugar. Nighttime is worst for me. Now I…

I have stopped using regular sugar (in coffee, on oatmeal) and having been using granulated monkfruit sweetener instead. Some stevia in things occasionally, but sometimes stevia has aftertaste to me. As far as fruit goes, google “fruits low in glycemic index”, to see which ones convert to glucose more slowly, and leave you…

I used to tell my ex the same thing….sadly! But the good news is that we are now doing something about it! I seriously started with MFP about 2 1/2 months ago, and have found lots of support. @Melwillbehealthy Good on you for getting back with it. Success isnt that we don’t fall but that we keep getting back up! Every meal is a new chance. I’m so envious of your Ireland trip, went there in my 20s with a women’s soccer team, it was so fun, and the people were delightful. Where will you be going? I’m trying to…
