I've found that it helps to break up the new routine into 2 separate stages and perfect one before moving onto the other. Had the Garmin and now have a Samsung, the Garmin is possibly the better fitness tracker but I've ded found the Samsung to be the better watch.

Aimed low with 12kg and got through 5 sets relatively "comfortably". Could probably go to 14kg now and still do the 5 sets but 16kg would prob be a bit much at the minute. I'll get a couple more sessions under my belt first then increase the weight I think.

Dynaplug (amongst others) make some kits which should, unless it's a tear rather than a hole, allow you to fix a tubeless without removing it.

No specific lower body moves included as I do quite a bit of cycling so don't want heavy legs on the commute. Complex workouts look... simple.
