What was your original starting weight? I know in the past when i had gained some from my start weight then lost again it accounts for that.

I eat lower carbs, skip the pastas, breads and crackers etc and load up on salads, fresh fruits and vegetables and the occasional low carb tortilla.

I shower once a day after my workouts.

I always double check with what the package/label says and correct it manually myself if needed. I still wish there was a way to delete incorrect entries as it can be misleading/annoying.

I use the bar code scan. but I can see how that would get annoying free or not,and they do offer a premium version which I have paid for in the past. It would be nice if we could at least remove the incorrect entries somehow.

I sync my fitbit exercise to myfitnesspal so I don't log any exercises on here, but I do track that as a workout through the fitbit app considering most of her dvds include using weights.

I skip breakfast and exercise instead, usually walking. I get cravings but I think that is gonna happen no matter what eating plan/lifestyle you choose. I use the Zero app to track my fasts and am in a women's only fasting group on FB.

I like Fitbit the best , I’ve tried Samsung gear and Apple Watch and both can’t compete with Fitbit for step and heart rate accuracy.
