Question...do I log on any exercise points or just use the steps logged on my fitbit?

I would use exercise instead of steps because of the arm exercises. I don't have a Fitbit so don't know how the calorie burn would compare though.1

I sync my fitbit exercise to myfitnesspal so I don't log any exercises on here, but I do track that as a workout through the fitbit app considering most of her dvds include using weights.0

Using weights or other walking "boosters" doesn't burn that many more calories. Some of her DVDs do use light dumbbells but a fitbit is still going to capture step based activity.

Here's a link to a walking group here. They have a new challenge every month: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/335-leslie-sansone-walk-at-home
