Walk away the pounds

Question...do I log on any exercise points or just use the steps logged on my fitbit?

I would use exercise instead of steps because of the arm exercises. I don't have a Fitbit so don't know how the calorie burn would compare though.

I sync my fitbit exercise to myfitnesspal so I don't log any exercises on here, but I do track that as a workout through the fitbit app considering most of her dvds include using weights.

I just sync my Fitbit with MFP and use the calories it gives me. So much easier than adding exercise individually and any exercise that is step-based is normally reasonable accurate this way.

    This^

Using weights or other walking "boosters" doesn't burn that many more calories. Some of her DVDs do use light dumbbells but a fitbit is still going to capture step based activity.

Here's a link to a walking group here. They have a new challenge every month: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/335-leslie-sansone-walk-at-home
