I think I'm out the running now, but I'd like to keep at this because at least it keeps me honest and doing as best I can in between big events!

  • Today was my graduation ceremony so I definitely didnt track or stay on target. There was a lot of walking though so I probably hit my exercise inadvertently!

  • Over calories for today Exercised for half an hour (brisk walk plus stairs) Tracked really well during the day but lost it a little bit this evening. Still very tired from my graduation weekend so am really going to try hard to stick to my calories tomorrow and get myself some distractions ready!
